I walked into this place and I ordered my food to go and it took them 40 minutes just for 1 large pizza to come out and I ask the manager Allie when is my food going to come out she responded really rude to me to wait and to take a seat am never coming back needs new management

All I can say is just wow am very disappointed with this place I came here with my 2 kids and the workers and manager using foul language this is unacceptable I try to talk to a manager and their was no point talking to her because she said āam sorry about whatās going on but what you can do is move or go somewhere elseā this is not a way to run a business customer are not first here am never coming back

Lunch buffet: No Ice No fresh pizza on counter. The 2 slices that were left were old. Whoever is cutting the pizza is super loud and annoying. Not impressed.

Pizza is good. Although it ironic that they have an anti-bullying sign up and how disrespectful the cashier is. Iāve been here twice and I thought they guy may have just been having a bad day the first time but there no need to mock a customer over an allergy or mistakingly calling the āminiā pizza a personal pizza. As good as the pizza is, we arenāt coming back here.
Dietary restrictions: I canāt have dairy so I get pizza without cheese. The cashier when I ordered āuHh oK WhAtEvEr, ThAts WeIrDā then again repeating the order back stated the same style of mocking. If my kid didnāt want pizza I would have just left.
Kid-friendliness: Cashier acting like a jerk in front of my kid. When we sit down my kid asks āwhat was that guys problemā
Don't ever go there. This is the worst food ever. It tasted like rotten bread, served with a can of tomato sauce. No seasoning and mozzarella cheese, and that's it was the worst I've ever tasted in my life. Bland bland and and the chicken that I had on top of it was bad chicken. And it was all fat. Please don't eat there. You'll never go back again.

Updating my previous review which was great. This visit was much different. Came in at 745 pm on Saturday. They were closing salad bar down early, so I couldn't have that, out of iced tea, said they didn't receive their shipment, games continued to take my kids coins, most games are out of order. One of the employees boyfriends and kids were folding pizza boxes while kids were running around refilling the napkin dispensers on the tables. No manager on duty. The owners need to do a surprise visit and check on their team. This was a terrible visit. Won't be back for awhile.

Went in this afternoon to try their buffet, it was loaded up with a variety of pizzas, breadsticks and cinnamon sticks ā¦ those are my favorite! This location never disappoints and Allie the manager working took a request on what pizza Iād like and I got my favorite sausage mushroom and onions with a garlic ranch sauce on the buffet! It was absolutely delicious! I canāt wait till my next pizza factory adventure. Thank you for always making awsome pizzas!!
