Sadly their service has really gone down hill. Not sure what changed but seems like just a bunch of young kids/adults who truly couldn’t care less about being there. I placed an order in person and had to tell the kid taking my order 3x my first name. Maybe he was too busy conversing with his co worker friends than paying attention to the order. Pizza is pretty good but we appreciate decent service too. Time to find somewhere else to go. 😕

They do not verify insurance once someone works there. Their driver hit my car and took off. Then admitted he hit it. My insurance paid for the my damage (I paid for part of my rental and my deductible). The owner swore that his driver would pay me and my insurance back. Still waiting almost a year later.

I would leave 0 stars if I could please don’t eat here they clearly have new management and they messed up my order I wanted a refund and they refused they only give credit but I’ll never go here again I don’t want the credit I want my money back I should have listed to the other reviews this place is horrible the service is good and the people are nice but it seems like people don’t know what they are doing or aren’t being trained it’s pretty embarrassing the amount of mess ups that happen

We took the family out for the lunch buffet today and the lettuce was wilted. Everything was disgusting. The lady at the counter was extremely nice though.

Do not buy from this store, the owner does not care about your service, or their employees. They frequently underpay their employees and scam them out of their money, my brother was owed over $600 due to them refusing to pay overtime even though he was working 12+ hour shifts from open to close, they were then served a notice by the labor board after he quit from the unpaid hours, then they took it out on me, I was stripped of my own hours the week before Christmas. Those hours were then given to a family members of the owner in my place who had just started the week prior. Mind you I never called out, I covered all shifts I could and I was one of the main reasons your orders were being delivered in under 3 hours (wait times were due to understaffing and improper management on the person that was just brought in). Those wait times are on the owners head because they refuse to pay overtime or bring people in to fully staff the nights they know are being slammed with orders. There is not a single person employed by them currently that isn’t being scammed of money being shaved off their checks without their knowledge.

Edit**: Is it possible to leave two bad reviews??? Is this red rock pizza factory under new management or something??! What the heck happened to pizza factory Red Rock?(THERE NEEDS TO BE A CHANGE!!!!!!) Used to be so good… for the last month or so everything has gone way downhill. All of a sudden delivery takes 2 hours plus… store is unresponsive and special instructions are not taken into account. I don’t know what happened….

Good pizza, Dr pepper, and retro games like street fighter and some rasing games but the star wars pinball doesn't work (which is why I was there besides the pizza) and a candy claw machine doesn't work, like the FNAF fell tho :)

We went for the Monday night special AND the salad bar. They closed the bar down 2 plus hours early due to being 'short staffed'. Not another single soul inside. With this being said, no hustle bustling of drivers or even phone orders and yet it still took upwards of 30 minutes to get our order.

Hot and fresh. Super nice staff. Clean tables this time, lol. Last time they were super busy, this time we went for lunch and it was calmer and cleaner.

TERRIBLE. Came at 2pm on Sunday to empty restaurant, after 30 mins no food we went to check and they hadn't even STARTED our order. The cashier was extremely rude after we asked for a refund because we couldn't wait any longer. Unreal. Also, all the games eat quarters and don't work so don't waste your money, no matter how much your kids beg you. Would give 0 stars if possible.
