Nick was one of the most rude bartenders I’ve experienced. He was extremely upset when I didn’t enjoy the drink he made, and I watched him kick sober people out of the bar after talking to a certain girl. Not sure what was going on there, but made for a bad experience and will not be going back. Sad, because all of the other bartenders are great.

Came in before a show across the street at the Cypress. It was about 8:30pm on a Saturday. The place was about half full. The bar is nice and long for those of us who like to sit at the bar, there's some tables, a pool table, and lots of photography on the walls. The vibe is really fun and much like their sister bar , the hideout, it's a very welcoming staff and atmosphere! I believe there is a patio but we did not venture outside since it was freezing! Great place to start your night, end your night , or enjoy a drink while downtown

Rowlan? Roland? Ro was awesome. We came in early on a casual Wednesday evening. He was very hospitable, fun, polite, friendly, and prompt. It’s bartenders like these that make a really good impression. We will definitely be bringing our business back to Poor Devil Salooon. Thank you Ro!

This is one of the closest places to me. And I do frequent there. The crowd can vary. I have not been welcomed by the Patriots so much but the staff is exceptionally friendly. I do like that place though.

We stopped in before our play in the area. Evan was tending bar. We had a couple of old fashioneds with Mitchner's bourbon and some drafts. They have Rainer beer on draft!!! The bar is stocked with great alcohol. There is none of the cheap crap like Fireball, Jack Daniels, or Don Julio. Evan made solid drinks and was very friendly. We talked with him between customers. If you are in Midtown, this should be your go to bar.

This is a pretty rad little bar. I'm ashamed to admit I had not idea it was here, and it's been around for well over a year. Came in on Friday night with a large group of friends. For not being a huge bar, it was able to accomadate all of us. Looks like they have a good variety of alcohol. I was boring and only had a vodka soda, but this looks like a spot that needs to be frequented more. Nice outdoor area, and a very comfortable welcoming inside area. I dig it.

Came here on a Saturday night date night with my wife after we finished dinner in midtown. Great ambiance, plenty of seating at the bar when we went. We were greeted and served right away. The ambiance was cozy, felt like a modernized dive bar. We loved the decor. I had their signature margarita and my wife had wine. The full bar and cocktail menu presented plenty of options to choose from. We look forward to coming back again soon! Great spot for a date night or just a mellow hangout with friends.

The ambience was everything I needed and more. The bartenders were quick and attentive. Isaac and Evan had the best energy and customer service. Brandon is the best bar back. 10/10 would recommend. Give these boys a raise!

First time here as we were walking down Virginia tasting cocktail and it might be a $12 cocktail place I come back to. We were greeted when we walked in, the service was pretty fast, and the drink was strong and tasted good.They also have a PATIO that's really nice.Took off a star because I cant give $12 cocktail place 5 stars.
