Chicken was cold and fries were hard like rocks. Drink had more ice than soda. I don't recommend this place at all.

The problem at this Popeyes is the woman working. She was rude, unprofessional, and had a nasty attitude the entire time. This is not the first bad experience, and she is always the issue. I think her name was Allison, that's what the other employees were calling her. She showed no customer service skills at all and treats customers like an inconvenience. If you don't like dealing with people, customer service clearly isn't the job for you. Experiences like this make people not want to come back, and management seriously needs to address it because this behavior is unacceptable.

I love Popeyes so much but when it comes to chains you never know what you're getting into. The food was cold which was weird to me since it's under a heat lamp. The fries and the breading on the chicken were limp like a man having problems.

This is the second time trying to get the FNaF meal after ordering it online and something was wrong. The first time I went in after ordering it, they didn't have the meals and didn't tell me until after I asked. They also didn't refund me for the missing items (cupcakes and cheesy bites) while also missing a water from my order. I went in today after confirming they had all the stuff for the FNaF promotion and they didn't have the special boxes or cups that was supposed to be part of it, and they had me wait for over 10 minutes to get the pickup without acknowledging me.

The mac and cheese was soup and the tenders were so small and I ordered a lg combo, the mashed potato was good but the lemonade was water. Worst meal for almost $20, also no receipt

This site has repeatedly messed up my order and customer service has been non-responsive. Take your chances at this location that you’ll get what you paid for.

They threw in an order of fries for making me wait. I wasn’t in a hurry, so basically, I got the freshest food EVER…AND bonus fries! 6 stars!

Disappointed ☹️ for sure. Small pieces of chicken. My mashed potatoes had like a tablespoon of gravy. Was not asked if I wanted a breast or wing. Still hungry. No wonder no one's in the drive thru.

If I could give it zero stars, that’s what I would do. I ordered three freshly made chicken sandwiches. The lady told me that was working there the management it would be at least 20 minutes. I sat there and waited and they waited. They waited 15 minutes before dropping. I ordered the sandwiches with zero mayonnaise just pickle. My husband is allergic to mayonnaise. They put mayonnaise on both sides of the bread as much as they could. They were rude and speaking Spanish and talking about me and laughing, thinking it was funny.

Asked for no pickles on my sandwich and got pickles. Asked for sweet tea and got unsweetened. Also didn’t get the ranch i asked for. The workers were nice but bad overall service
