The mac and cheese was soup and the tenders were so small and I ordered a lg combo, the mashed potato was good but the lemonade was water. Worst meal for almost $20, also no receipt

They threw in an order of fries for making me wait. I wasn’t in a hurry, so basically, I got the freshest food EVER…AND bonus fries! 6 stars!

Disappointed ☹️ for sure. Small pieces of chicken. My mashed potatoes had like a tablespoon of gravy. Was not asked if I wanted a breast or wing. Still hungry. No wonder no one's in the drive thru.

If I could give it zero stars, that’s what I would do. I ordered three freshly made chicken sandwiches. The lady told me that was working there the management it would be at least 20 minutes. I sat there and waited and they waited. They waited 15 minutes before dropping. I ordered the sandwiches with zero mayonnaise just pickle. My husband is allergic to mayonnaise. They put mayonnaise on both sides of the bread as much as they could. They were rude and speaking Spanish and talking about me and laughing, thinking it was funny.

Asked for no pickles on my sandwich and got pickles. Asked for sweet tea and got unsweetened. Also didn’t get the ranch i asked for. The workers were nice but bad overall service

Got there at 10:15 and the sign clearly states dining room opens at 10am. Doors were locked. You forced me to go to McDonald's.

I asked for the hot buffalo sauce and the young tattoo face guy gave me hard time for wanting the sauce. Said it's for the hot wings. Don't that he gave the right buffalo sauce anyway. But gave one, no butter or honey for the biscuits and the chicken was over cooked. Time to get new workers.. cause it used to be good two years ago!

The person taking orders definitely sounded like he didn't want to be there at all, and the menu board for the drive thru showed a the new Chicken sandwich as the number 2 and a chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese as a number 3, but my receipt and the food I received were just regular fried chicken meals. I'm not tying to be that person but I was actually really excited for a spicy chicken sandwich and then I get on the bone fried chicken. Will not be coming back to Popeyes.
