I ordered your 3piece deal white meat and the employee told me the white meat is not on the deal. The white meat is on your menu for the 3 piece deal. I bought the 3 piece white meat deal 2 days before. He practically called me a liar. You need to look at your deals. We will never go back again. You need better employees.

On Tuesday I walked in to order a family 8 pack meal. I had to stand there for more than 15 minutes with no in front of me ordering, before my order was taken. When my order came up, it was missing the frozen Strawberry Lemonade. The biscuits and fries were stale. The customers in front of me were taken care of exceptionally well, I was barely noticed.

Loved my visit! Recommend a visit here! I ordered online and was hesitant as unlike Wendy's that has you choose your method of pick up when I checked out online I didn't have the option to select the pick-up method💁♀️, but once the order was placed the confirmation page instructions included the option for either in-store or drive-thru pickup.
It was cold outside so I drove via the drive thru, and my order was perfectly warm and fresh. The chicken sandwich was juicy 😋, the employees were very friendly and attentive, unlike some of the silly, outrageous reviews here that accuse the staff of being racist, or untrustworthy, I did NOT have that vibe, or any of that type of mistreatment from the staff during my solo visit as a Mexican female with other customers in line both in-store and through the drive-thru. The employees are very nice both the male and female employees were very kind and thoughtful.

I love Popeyes but this location is unprofessional. Visited this location 12/24, they were still open for 30 minutes and had a line but were “sold out of everything” staff didn’t apologize or try to mitigate traffic instead left people trapped against a running clock of places to eat as there was one guy able to purchase something. Either manager of this property took Christmas Eve off or supports that behavior.
