Turns out this place does actually care about their customers. That's awesome, and I had to update my rating after calming down and re-evauating. This Port of Subs has always been great, never a let down before. But I lost my cool after a week from hell and my disappointing experience from here that ended said week was the the last straw. But, after leaving the review, I was contacted by the owner and/or manager who apologized and...

The dude with the long hair in a ponytail is great. Sorry I didn't get his name. Went tonight and they were pretty busy. He busted through the line quickly with a great attitude too. Mad props to him.

Clean very busy making a xxxxl order for a company. They made mine but my gift card did not work they could do nothing. Corp stated rhey solved this issue. But did not. Yet when I called twice in one day left a vmail no one was able to reply but thus response was done before reaching out to the customer.
