Google says they close at 8 pm, placed an order online, and payment was made already. When we got down there to pick it up, the location was closed. And nobody answered when we tried to call. I am hoping someone can issue a refund.

We didn't want too leave the casino for our last day in Reno, NV so went down stairs and found the Port of Subs, we had Justin help us out with our sandwiches and we got the 2 ft. sub deal with 4 bags of chips and 4 desserts. Justin was on it and was helping his cashier and prep person while fixing our turkey bacon avocado sub. As a fellow food service worker, he was multi-tasking and he should get a raise, it's hard too find a worker that can do that and still take care of the customer while chatting with us. Big ups too Justin and his team! Keep it up! ??

Delicious sandwiches! Stopped for a late dinner tonight and the team working were so personable, friendly and fun! My sandwich was perfect and delicious and I had a great time ordering it and chatting with the team!
