Do NOT order Online. Poor Quality, Poor Customer Service. Online order was not edible, so bad I took it back. Didn't offer to remake or anything. Go elsewhere.

I used to love port of subs, haven't eaten there in 2 years and what a let down this week. I kept looking for meat but it was basically a bread sandwich, plus the bread wasn't fresh, for a minute I thought I was eating a subway sandwich as the meat was that transparent. What a shame, I could have bought a pound of meat and a loaf of bread for what a small sub cost.

If I can give this place no stars I would horrible customer service. Can’t get anything right and want to hang up on you when you call and question your order and have an attitude. Horrible customer service!

There was literally no meat on our sandwiches. 3 sandwiches for $38 dollars with no meat is just absolutely ridiculous…

Have been a POS fanatic for years, but they have scaled back on meat portions, raised prices and skipped out on rewards cards over the years, not much better than subway anymore. Sandwiches aren't made with love anymore, and especially port of subs on Stead Blvd, the customer service has gone down hill. Used to eat here a couple times a week, now it's a couple times a month or less and declining. Have written customer service about my concerns many times. Never get any response. They are a big corporation now and care about numbers, not life long customers.

Parking: Parking spots are very small, and in a busy shopping center. Parking is over crowded and a pain in the butt.

Always fast and most of the time actually put meat on your sandwich instead of just 2 slices like some places

Way over-priced and the employees were not paying attention. Walked in there placed my order than the employee just walked away. Than came back a couple of minutes and asked me of my order again. I order a BLT and I could not taste any bacon. 95 % of the sandwich was condiments.
