TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Manager on site had a horrible attitude while cutting my bread and meat. Manager was Extremely arrogant and disrespectful to me and the other customers in the restaurant. Do better Port of Subs, find better. Will NEVER go to this port of subs location again.

GONE FROM A GOTO. TO HOT GARBAGE !!!!! This location has gone down the drain since they sold out to a corporate company.Meat is SUPER THIN... Like see thru thin.Staff (NICK) was super rude. Seems to have a God complex and is rudely bossy to his staff. I have added pics of the food prep area. Nasty. I made them clean up before they made my food. I witnessed cross contamination and multiple times they needed to be told by customers to wash the knifes and change their gloves.Will NOT RETURN.

I ordered a turkey provolone sandwich in the drive through. They forgot the turkey. I had already left. Absolutely shocked they neglected the most basic ingredient to the sandwich. I also found an olive in it, which was not ordered or part of the sandwich. Sloppy. Would not recommend.

Please DON'T STOP BEING SO SAVAGE LADIES! Terri, Madison, & Heather made us by far the best sandwiches we've ever received from any Port of Subs. They had the attitude's of Disney Princess's (Kind, caring and there was almost a song in the air)! We ordered an XL #3 and an XL #13, they cut our sandwiches perfect for on the go and even made them exactly as we hoped! Thank you for tuning our morning around with your smiles, great service, and humor while we waited!I would recommend this location above all others!

I'm here quite often because my sons prefer Port of Subs over Subway AND there is a drive thru! Anything for convenience, of course! Needless to say, I have never been in the lobby, so this review is just for my experience through the drive thru.Food - no major complaints, just minor issues such as mayo AND mustard when I asked for just mayo and including onions when I asked for no onions. Service - service is usually fine, only complaint is one time I placed my order at the menu/speaker, drove up to the window and no one came for over 5 minutes but hey, they were making my sandwiches, right? Plus, that just a one time thing so no biggie. Perk - enroll in the Port of Subs rewards program, it's pretty good. You can earn $5 off your order - which I've received several times already. :)Recommend? Yep!Return? Yep! :)

Great sandwich. Delivery order was missing a sandwich but upon calling the store they were quickly able to verify the missing item and issue a refund no questions ask. Great service, will order from them again.

For my visit I had a large Turkey and Provolone Cheese on Garlic Parmesan bread with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, olives, peppers, onions, cucumbers, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, and oil. The owner and staff of this franchise are excellent. I placed an order on the app, and it never went through. Fault for not making sure that the app process the order however Cole was super nice about the problem, expedited the sub and even offered a drink for me while I was waiting. He could tell I was impatient , great staff, I wish port of subs would update their app to be more user friendly .
