Great location. Owner/ manager is always there and it shows. They make a good sandwich and it's a very convenient location to get in/out of for online pickup. We come here at least once a week.

Sandwich was more bread than Sandwich. Was given the impression by the employees there that my order was a burden and kept being interrupted and not listening to my requests. Apparently ordering one sub is not enough business and that is the impression given.

When we walked in the young guy was super nice. Then the manager came over and it felt like a hostile work environment. So I guess the guy added 2 extra slices of ham to the sandwich which they removed. Then added my lettuce and tomato. After the sandwich was together she took the lettuce off the counter and added it. I've never seen that before in any port of subs they open a drawer and scoop the leftover lettuce. You're lucky I didn't walk out. First and last time here. If I get sick I'll know why.

I have been coming to this port of subs for many years as it is the closest to my house. The management here has always been extremely accommodating and attentive to all my orders over the past years. They always use the best ingredients and make each sandwich with love! It is a family owned establishment and I’ve met each family member. They all care so much about the customer and treat each customer with the same awesome attitude. I will keep coming here not just because of distance, but because of the service and delicious food! I recommend it to anyone who wants a high quality sandwich and wants to support an amazing family.

They are so cheap with the toppings, poor customer service, you have to ask over and over to get the right amount of anything. Go to the one on Mae Anne, they are soooo much better!!!

Bad customer service at this location. I order for my business regularly and will never use this location again. Employees are rude and refuse to take a preorder over the phone like other locations in town. Also will not put toppings on the side without extra charge and even if you pay they will complain about it taking more time. Store was empty at 12pm lunch hour, not surprising.I asked for a refund and took my business to Mae Ann location and the staff was soooo much nicer. The manager even greeted me and thanked me for my business. Highly recommend shopping at the Mae Ann location over this store.
