This place is a hit or miss with workers. They were really unfriendly, seems like they didn't want to be there. The tubs of peppers have a strand of hair in it as I told the girl, and all she did was pick it out but not even getting rid of the tub and getting a new one, thats disgusting! They really need to smile more here! today these people didn't even want to work, its disappointing and it was a waste of money.

There are some nice people that work here but im sorry, $3.30 for a 20 oz soda is too much. charging alot for sandwiches is one thing but then to charge over inflated price for drinks is just too much. i wont be coming back here again

Ashlyn and Tammy are always fantastic and make this place the best spot in town. Oh, and the sandwich is great too.

I went this afternoon for place an order. A young girl working there made fun of me and my accent. When I left she started talking and laughing about me to her other coworkers. This is very disrespectful and I will not be returning

This crew has to be the best Port of Subs crew Iâve ever encountered! Always friendly, a little bit of silly, and the food is always incredible. Thanks for consistently, providing a great experience. They all deserve raises in there!

"Where do I even begin with my experience at Port of Subs? Walking in, I was greeted by the delightful sight of a cockroach doing the cha-cha across the counter. I thought, âHey, maybe it's a free entertainment deal!â But no, it was just the first of many unwanted guests. Flies buzzed around like they were paying rent, and Iâm pretty sure I saw a mouse peeking out from under the drink machine, giving me a thumbs-up for ordering the âextra crunchyâ sub.
As if the wildlife wasnât enough, Shauna, the owner, was less concerned about the pest problem and more interested in arguing with the sandwich artist about whether pickles should be vertically or horizontally placed on a sandwich. Spoiler: neither option matters when your main protein source seems to be crickets.
The subs themselves? Let's just say the bread was so stale that I wondered if it was baked during the Cold War. And the meat? I wouldnât be surprised if it had been marinated in whatever mysterious liquid was leaking from the ceiling.
In summary, if youâre looking for a culinary experience that combines the thrill of a wildlife safari with the taste of cardboard, Port of Subs is your go-to spot. And Shauna, you might want to consider opening a pest control service instead!"

Tell you more about my subpar experience? Thought I would order online and have the 2 subs ready I even thought I would go next door to shop quickly at Raleys,got in port of subs they have not even started my order.Then they claimed to have started, passed off to another employee to make my sandwiches, then after 5 minutes more of a wait 2 people came in and the manager immediately started making their order before me.my total wait time in the store was 20 min.Been to thus location 2 previous time never had the best experience. I could drive to a port of subs in sparks,order in store and gotten me sandwiches quicker.
Ordered online. Order was not ready until 15 minutes after the time the email said it would be. I get that is just a system generated guess but it is frustrating to be sitting in there 40 minutes after having placed my order watching people walk in off the street order and get their sandwiches quickly. Both of my kids sandwiches were wrong and they didnât have lemonade. Very negative experience.
