Port of Subs is definitely my favorite go to spot for lunch. Nothing beats a #2 sub, with mayo, jalapeños, onions, lettuce, spinach leaves, and all the shakers! Everything is always so fresh. This store is by far my favorite because of the atmosphere and workers inside! Way better than Subway.

I am always on the go for work and selective on where I chose but I love stopping here for my lunch break. Even during lunch rush this location is on it. Store and food line are always clean. Staff greets every customer when the walk in. Produce is always fresh. This place is always on it!

Absolutely amazing customer service!!Upon entering Tuesday night about a hour before closing the staff were very polite and friendly greeting me as I walked in. They keep their store very clean and everything is always fresh and taste good. Both staff closing that were working hard and were able to hold a friendly conversation while still remaining quick and preparing my sandwich to my standards. I am very pleased with my experience and would highly recommend to anyone. Best Port Of Subs in Reno!
My family and I came in to this location the other day. We love Port of subs but the locations in reno are less then appealing usually. Bendi and flavi helped us and the sandwiches were very well made and made the way they should have been. These two guys were prompt and respectful. The place was clean and when we got home to eat our sandwiches were so delicious ? even my 7 year old finally ate his!!! Thanks guys we will come back to you guys only!!!!!

Super disappointing.. #1. Stale Bread, had to change it out when we got home. #2,. Roast Beef was Not ok. Funky taste. Didn’t get sick, but just tasted off. #3. The ONLY reason I gave 3 stars was for the poor girl working behind the counter practically by herself. Oh she had a “helper” but he was honestly just a space filler (not trying to be rude, I’ve worked almost every aspect of service industry, including subs at 1 point in my life. It’s just from experience). She was running circles around him, and unless she’s a manager the quality of food had nothing to do with her. Sticking with the Port of Subs in the Chevron Station. Never had an issue there.
Dietary restrictions: Boyfriend is cholesterol free. The vegetarian option is fantastic
