I am always on the go for work and selective on where I chose but I love stopping here for my lunch break. Even during lunch rush this location is on it. Store and food line are always clean. Staff greets every customer when the walk in. Produce is always fresh. This place is always on it!

Absolutely amazing customer service!!Upon entering Tuesday night about a hour before closing the staff were very polite and friendly greeting me as I walked in. They keep their store very clean and everything is always fresh and taste good. Both staff closing that were working hard and were able to hold a friendly conversation while still remaining quick and preparing my sandwich to my standards. I am very pleased with my experience and would highly recommend to anyone. Best Port Of Subs in Reno!

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!Upon entering I was greeted very politely by a younger lady on the closing shift and a younger man and they are very clean and friendly. After ordering they where able to hold a friendly conversation while still being able to prepare my sandwich quickly and wanted to make sure everything was up to my liking. The food has always been consistent and fresh. Very pleased with how this location holds pride in there store. Would highly recommend. My family and I came in to this location the other day. We love Port of subs but the locations in reno are less then appealing usually. Bendi and flavi helped us and the sandwiches were very well made and made the way they should have been. These two guys were prompt and respectful. The place was clean and when we got home to eat our sandwiches were so delicious ? even my 7 year old finally ate his!!! Thanks guys we will come back to you guys only!!!!!

Went into my local neighborhood Port of Subs over here at South McCarran Blvd in Reno and the new manager made our sub’s perfect! This Port of Subs my children grew up going to and we still do it’s been over 40 years and they still make the best subs at this location.

Sandwiches are usually alright but they have absolutely no idea how to slice through the entire sandwich. Just no idea. They get through the top part of the sandwich and give up. How will they ever possibly get through the bottom slice of bread? No one knows. No one will ever know. They are literally incapable of doing it. Every single time.

I know this isn't the normal so, I won't completely dump on this location. The store, is nice and clean. The employees were nice, despite my entrance coming 20 minutes until closing.I ordered meatball subs. Both sandwiches, were the driest meatball sandwiches in the land.Along with 2 cookies (reasonably soft) the brownie I brought home for my 70 yr. Old mother, wasrock hard! I will not be returning.
