I've been going to this coffee shop for over 20 years. They have so many coffee options, tea choices, smoothies, Italian sodas, frappucinos & more. The staff is very friendly & most have worked there forever. Great chill vibe.

Omg, the best cold coffee spot in Reno and so upset I didn't know about this Gem sooner.
Take chances and try that spot I should of been saying sooner.

Very friendly, welcoming environment, the coffee is good will do again
Drove by and saw a local coffee shop and still open at 2pm so I drove up, but the experience was super strange. Maybe they were closing? I wanted to read the menu and didn't pull all the way up to the window but the barista was ready for me, and I ended up so far away I had to get out for payment rather than rolling the window down. I didn't see sizes or flavors on the menu and was stopping in for a pick-me-up. I went with a matcha and the tea wasn't fully whisked in, the clumps that did come up my straw were the highlight of the drink because the rest was just milk. I think my lucky charms cereal milk comes out a stronger green than the matcha I ordered. When the barista asked me a question (stamp card) I was cut off before I could answer, maybe just wanted customers out of there? I also don't respect establishments that finish the product but withhold it until you tip - if I had a chance to taste and ask for a redo then maybe a tip would be worthwhile. The barista also wouldn't take my card to process the payment? Instead held it out for me to figure out. Strange! If I had known I could've brought cash and avoided that awkward mess. First time and not inclined to return, plenty of local shops that balance hospitality and quality

LOVE favorite coffee shop, and like helping local businesses. The workers are sweet and kind. They have a large unique menu that other coffee shops don’t offer with tons of different flavors. I do blended lattes with coconut milk and they’re 10/10.
A staple of northwest reno! An absolutely must stop for all coffee and smoothie lovers. Some heads up: HUGE menu and usually a wait. Give yourself 20min or so for 1-3 people. Tight space, not great for parties above 4.
The Mocha is not great and I feel it’s more a blank taste.

Post workout smoothie, great muffins and banana bread. Buy their coffee by the pound!
I love this local female-owned and operated coffee shop. Always have a fun, friendly, and welcoming vibe in there. The many flavored lattes they have in there are all so good. There's absolutely no reason to go to any of the big chain coffee spots in the area when this local favorite exists.
Not good and the place was dirty
Alway friendly and fun. Great coffee. Cash discount.
No number to call, and is the drive thru operational? If so, with no cars in line, how long until someone comes to window
