The service was really good a young girl black hair was too kind and she was working hard but she didn’t get no help , she was the only one working on the line but the manayer were only talking on a table with another employee about their personal life’s instead of helping the girl or make the take outs

Ordered a child nachos for my grandson. The lady, Jenna, who rang up my order asked if I wanted a child combo or just nachos. I said I didn't know the difference in price difference or what it came with. She huffed and puffed and said they only had fruit punch and it would come with chips.. I asked if I could get a small fountain drink because it was pointless to get more chips because we had nachos. She got snippy, incredibly rude and snapped at me and said she would have to charge me more for the fountain drink and whether I had the combo or not, it was the same price. My son was on the phone and could hear how rude she was. He then called to complain to the manager and apparently the manager is the one who rang up my order. Jenna, the manager kept calling my son ma'am and was incredibly rude to him and kept correcting her and said he was a man. Why is the child combo the same as a single child item?

I've been there 2-3 times, I've never had a good visit...If you like paying a lot and get very little, you might enjoy it...Worst nachos in town by the way.

My wife and I travel here from Sacramento California once a month usually but sometimes greater time between visits as life permits us lol. The staff at this location are always friendly and helpful, they recognize us when we visit even though we don't visit often. The food is delicious!! I strongly recommend getting nachos with your chips on the side and make sure to get some guacamole because theirs is amazing!!

Edit: I just want to build on top of this because after 3 years past from my last review this location still doesn't disappoint. The chips are always on par and the guacamole is always delish! I have visited at least 20 locations across the country and this one has remained consistent the entire time. Great food, great service, I would recommend more dishes but I can't convince myself to try anything other than the nachos...lol.

I prefer the one in Lemmon Valley. They ran out of shrimp at the counter, announced it and then sent my salad to be finished without proper amount. Staff not friendly. Restaurant was cold.
