The lady ( 10-23-2024 @ 5:15 PM ) put a long piece of fat in one of my tacos. I should come back and make her eat it in a taco and see if she thinks it's enjoyable. I let it slide due to a friend politely inviting me out for lunch and we were on a tight schedule. The guy processing the tortillas gave excellent customer service, I will give you guys that.

Qdoba is better than chipotle, the servings are always more than youd want but never unwelcomed. Go here consitently and never had an issue that wasnt immediately fixed

The manager who works days he is absolutely the most unprofessional manager I have ever come across, rude, disrespectful and unwilling to fix what they messed up. Terrible customer service and the lady making the food didn't even speak or understand English so of course she couldn't get the order right. Definitely would NEVER recommend this place or go here again waste of money, time, and the experience was beyond terrible and the manager is horrible.

Service was great! Handled quickly. I think it's a bit expensive. 30 dollars for 2 salads in a flour bowl. No drinks or extra. It was good, I always enjoy Qdoba. I hadn't had it in years. We came home to eat the food and it was yummy.
Vegetarian options: You have many things to choose from, you don't have to add meat. Beans, cheeses, various salsas , salads etc.

We were here an hour before closing they were out of items rice not cooked properly and food was cold !!!!!! Chairs were up on tables at 9 pm and they close at 10pm

Had the habanero lime beef tortilla tacos. Not bad. Beef was a little tuff but tasted good.
They close at ten o'clock and all the chairs and tables were put away at nine..... There are very few places to sit.... And they were likelester as far as customer service.

This is one of my favorite fastfood places to eat, Food and Service are pretty good, the atmosphere seems a little dated, dainty, most times I feel the place could be cleaner.
Vegetarian options: Plenty of no-meat options, salads, legumes, rice, lots of different flavor dressings/sauces as well
Parking: Not a lot of spaces to park in the small area this location is in.
Kid-friendliness: This place always has children and the people working there, I've seen on many occasions, are very friendly to the children
Wheelchair accessibility: This place has no stairs and a wheel chair slope to enter the restaurant

The best to go breakfast or lunch or dinner in town! We've been buying meals there for seven years and the food is always fresh and the best in the greater Reno Sparks area. The tables and the interior of the restaurant is always clean and spotless! The employees are always friendly.

The past 2 times i have ordered from here i got a chicken and cheese quesadilla and i got plain cheese even though i clearly said chicken and cheese, get more employees that can actually hear.
