It was a smooth dining experience.

The soup was hearty and comforting, just like homemade.

Rude lady answered the phone after 5th time trying. Small burritos, small amount of protein. It was edible, however disappointing. 30 dollars for two tiny burritos and a small drink. Last time I go here.

I must admit that I never really went to Qdoba until fairly recently. When I went into the Qdoba Damonte store, I explained to the gal Lynn that I’m not super familiar with the ordering process. She greeted me with a smile and walked me through my custom order and I created my own bowl. She was so kind and patient with me. And now I’m addicted to my delicious bowl creation! I’ve been going in every other day coz it’s sooo delicious! Thank you Lynn for always being so friendly and kind when I come in. With service like that, I’ll continue to be a happy customer! And thank you Qdoba for the amazing yumminess! 😋 -Char

No line. Food was warm but not hot. They made the burrito big. Floors were sticky.

Fast and friendly staff, no problem with the employees here.

But if you're coming from anywhere else in the country, this place is only Qdoba in name. Missing protein options, missing veggie and sauce options. No salsa bar, what!?

Worst of all though, the reason I'm leaving this review, is the portions. The burrito bowl is pitifully small. I thought they were mistakenly making me a kids menu item, it's less than half the size of every other Qdoba I've been to. I figured surely it'll be cheaper at least. Nope. Costs even more!

Maybe this is just a Reno or Nevada thing? Whatever the case, it's my first time leaving a Qdoba still hungry. Never coming back.

This location is always so rude so I decided to put in an online order so I don’t have to talk to any of them. I waited forever for my food to be done and finally I went up to the counter and asked if it would be ready soon. After 10 minutes of trying to find my order on their iPad they told me they had already made my order and someone must have grabbed the wrong bag. So I asked if I could get a refund or if they could remake it. She told me “when this happens there is nothing we can do” and was very rude during the whole interaction. So I left. I called the store when I got home and the supervisor Jessica said she called the GM and that they were sorry and that she should have remade it. Jessica was very nice. But neither her or the GM could provide me with the phone number for a refund and told me that the GM would call the next day for my refund. It’s been over a week and no phone call and no refund.

Five people in there and not one acknowledged me 7 minutes i talked to this older gentleman, he had no idea what I was talking about, I said I had a doordash finally, I had to just yell out.I have a doordash order guys to even get acknowledged, and they made me sit there.They had the order ready, didn't even tell me so after ten minutes, I just said, hey, how much is a drink and this older lady said, you can have a water cup, but make sure you only get water !! Never have.I witnessed such a unprofessional batch of people i don't want to ever set foot in this place again, but I have to sadly
