The store is clean in a good neighborhood and definitely worth to go with family specially if you are fan of Mexican food. there is good variety of meat and vegetables and is a typical Mexican food and spicy in general. the night we went there, seems most of the staff were new so the service was slow and you had to repeat to them what they want.

We thought we would try this place as we have not been. Definitely should have kept driving. The food was extremely cold, and I'm praying I don't get food poisoning. (I had to heat it up, even though I just bought it)The health department should be contacted, and I will be letting them know they need to check the food temps. You can kill someone serving food that is not even close to room temp.I am very disappointed, especially for the price. It wasn't worth the $25 for 2 burritos.

First time here, dad and I decided to try it out amongst the other fast food joints in the shopping center. Horrible service right from the beginning, it's 10:15 am and I can't be served a normal protein bowl until 10:30?? The beans were right there! How is anyone supposed to know that if they haven't visited? If that is some sort of corporate rule then it should be amended to better suit customer needs. And if certain products or items aren't available then employees can just say that. What I wanted was available and ready, I was beyond disappointed but also wasn't trying to argue with employees doing their job and following the rules. The eggs are over cooked, the steak is tough, the potatoes are alright. As they should, considering they're processed, pre-seasoned and fried. Terrible first time experience QDOBA, made me lose my appetite in the frenzy of not being able to add some damn beans to my order.

My girlfriend and I went in to order food and to begin with nothing welcoming. We weren’t asked if we were eating here or to go, everything ended being packed to go, when we were planning on eating here . But anyways back the ordering, a tall skinny guy was making our order and even though it was just us two in the whole establishment he was rushing like if it was rush hour. Not only that but the serving portions were a joke, not to mention his poor costumer service. Really didn’t enjoy coming in. We’ve been here late at night with a different younger crew of guys and girls and never had an issue but in this case it was un enjoyable…plus it looked like the manager/boss was the cashier…sucked eating here.

They are good on getting food on time when you order pick up the only issue is that the food is always wrong. There is always missing ingredients in the food items, when the other locations are out of things they disable the item online, but this location STRUGGLES to do simple things like that. Especially when each bowl is 11$...
