If I could give no stars I would. I did refrigeration work for him for a while and watched him treat customers like absolute garbage almost every time I was there. The final straw was I fixed one of his refrigerators behind the bar, I paid for the parts and installed them and then he said he wasn’t happy for the service and ordered me out of the bar or he would call the cops. I never was paid.

That place is trash. Tony is the whole reason I will never go there again.

Avoid at all costs. Hands down the worst billiard bar I've ever been to. Very Dirty and balls were missing from the tables. I played for one or two games and left.

Unfortunately the only pool hall in Reno has an a****** of an owner. He treats staff like s**** hires them as bartenders then turns them into janitors. Any complaints? Fires 'em without pay. I used to go here often but after being screeched at by the owner and hearing from former employees, I will definitely not be returning.

Show respect and you'll have a great time. Become a belligerent drunk a**hole and you'll be put in your place or out. Abuse of tables and sticks is not tolerated. Great prices, great atmosphere, great owner that takes pride in his place. Great tables, well taken care of. Affordable good times!!

Great environment. Friendly staff. Very welcoming. If you need a place to just hang out with friends and have a good time this is the place.

This is one of the best places I found to practice and play pool. It is large and very roomy. The tables are well separated and kept in perfect condition. Tony was very friendly with me and very respectful. I tried to always be kind of respectful also. He mentioned a couple of the do's and don'ts before I started and they were very understandable and I tried to stick to those. It's all part of keeping a great pool atmosphere. This is not a place I think to party but a place to go play pool have a good time and a few drinks. I haven't tried the food but I'm not much on eating and drinking when I play or practice. I directly asked Tony about his rates and how things worked when I went in the first time and he explained them and I was very happy with the service and the cost. If you like to play pool and like to play on Good tables at a reasonable price whith good service I think this is a great place. Thanks Tony.

This man really cares about his tables and it shows. Tables are even they have food good beer and it's cleanRules include;Stay off the table no leaning or sitting, don't bring your own food or drinks because he is a business that serves those items. ( I honestly don't know why people get worked up about this if) oh and the one they really cry about you can only eat in the eating area or bar where there are tables and chairs to sit. So unfortunately you can't drop your food all over the place and get grease all over the pool tables and sticks

Never again. Clean place but the guy is an absolutely p***** I won't be back. There are tactful ways of approaching unwanted behavior but I won't be belittled. It was my first time there. Most definitely will be my last.

0 stars. Tried this billiard place again but nothing changed. Still ran by a rude owner. Surprised this business is still open.

Came in with my girlfriend tonight and the owner, a short, angry, bald man (trust me, you can't miss him) absolutely destroyed our experience. You go to play pool to have a good time, not to get yelled at, and ignored, by an spiteful egg of a man. We have gone to play pool here a couple of times, and every time we are reminded to never come back. Reno needs a lot of things but another arrogant, middle-aged man is not one of them. Take your business elsewhere, for your own good. I should mention that the people leaving good reviews are like minded people to the owner, they will insult you proudly as if they are still stuck in high-school. While waiting to close our tab, the patrons tried to ridicule us, even though we didn't even notice them there. Im not sure why they choose us as their targets, maybe it's because we were young, gay, or maybe even because girlfriend is Filipina. Beware of the egg man!

This place is absolutely TRASH! ZERO STARS!! The bartender (the fat bald headed same blue s*** wearing a** p***** is so rude and disrespectful. First off, there was no one in the bar when we got there. We paid for two games but couldn't even finish the second game because he kept walking up to our table complaining about everything under the sun. "Don't lean on the table, cut off your music on your phone, you can use the jukebox if you want to listen to music." So I said "That's fine. I won't be coming back" Then he said, "Good. It's a free country". I would advise no one to come to this establishment especially people of color.

Tony is a bit of a "stick"ler, yes, but this place is clean! Not sure why the bad reviews, I'll read them in a minute then probably want to change my rating. 4 was actually pushing it but I think Q's is a little higher than 3 stars. Q's has been in business forever. I honestly haven't been in here in over 5 or even 6 years, who knows, maybe 10 years. I moved to Reno in 2012 and this was one of the firs spots I hit up, ordered a pitcher, and cracked some balls. It really hasn't changed at all and the bathrooms are mint, the tables are in great condition, and the sticks are straight. I have no complaints about this place except for getting yelled at for leaning on the table by the old jukebox with outdated music. There are some rules here that are weird: no hoodies, no leaning, but PDA is ok: LOL! We came here on a first date after dinner around 8:30-9 and actually played/stayed until shortly after 1. They close at 1 am but Tony lets you hang out, he's been in the biz a long time and knows what's up. We sat at the bar and chatted with him just before leaving, if you get to know him, he's a good guy!

This is a great place honestly. The tables and equipment are in great condition and as long as you respect the rules then you'll have a great time.

The bartender or owner whom ever he is...as listed by everyone below the guy in the same blue shirt as always‍ was probably theeee most rude person I've encountered. Even has the nerve to say it wasn't my damn business when I asked for his name...I hope if he is the owner this place gets shut down
