The food had fresh ingredients.
The staff greeted us warmly.
I appreciate how the restaurant is consistent in quality across visits.
Thank you!!! Roxanne is a joy & the owner is very kind. Sandwiches are always delicious, but the wonderful service sets this place apart.

AJ did a fantastic job making our sandwiches while also telling us about the menu. He was very welcoming and we will be back because of him. The food was also terrific.

Always fast and very friendly Eat lunch here everyday. Would recommend 5 out of 5.
Order the lemon herb lobster Was absolutely delicious very fast service friendly atmosphere.
Hours online and at the door say 11am opening on Sundays. Today, 11/3/24, store is closed at 11:15. I've watched several individuals try to open the door. You guys are definitely losing business. Went across the street to Arby's instead.

Sandwiches are unique and delicious. The carbonara is my favorite. They are spendy though. Service is great. Restaurant is a tad run-down but I think the overhead vs profit make it hard to maintain or their landlord sucks.

I'm a Colorado boy living in California now, so I grew up on Quizno's but had to watch countless locations close in the Bay Area and along the I-80 corridor due to a decline in quality and sales. I've ordered the Traditional for 30 years.
This Reno location served me up the best Traditional I've ever had in my life, lemme tell ya. Major props to the handsome Indian dude working the joint who made this all possible. He's probably the franchise owner. Watching him make my sandwich felt like being in a commercial. I half expected the spongemonkeys to come out of nowhere singing about the pepper bar. I haven't gotten that excited watching meat laid out nicely on a set of buns since, well, this morning. It's the closest I've ever been to a religious experience. The place was nice and clean, too!

Great sandwiches. The issue is the mature lady working there, she has a terrible attitude. The man working there is super sweet and hardworking.

All the tables were dirty, they got mad when we asked them to change their gloves from being at the cash register and the sandwiches were so gross. Won't be coming back here! Also some weird stuff was going on between the 2 employees kinda fighting over the cash register thing.

I had a terrible experience, I ordered my food for delivery and they forgot my bread bowl/soup, so I called them and the lady was super rude and said that it wasn't her responsibility that I didn't get my food and said I can come pick it up tomorrow.....definitely lost me as a customer!!!

look its one of the last quiznos in the west... i visit every time i come to reno. It amazingly takes me back to 2007. yes slightly exp but its freaking quiznos not subway u pay for quality. nostalgia goggles aside this chain really deserves a comeback quality food at a slightly high price for sandwiches and soups but if you show up and let them take there time its amazing.
Parking: its a bit of a weird way in with some traffic from the hardware store and starbucks but its 100% worth dealing with that for the food.
