Honestly, I used to be a regular here. Roxy was the best! I thought it was the food that kept me coming back, but I guess not. I love the batch 83 sauce, however, everything has changed (not in a good way). I'm going to give it a chance one more time, and if Im wrong, I'll update my review.

I used to stop in here quite often. Today was my last day and walked out without getting any food. Their honey cured ham for the classic Italian is not the same sliced ham as in the past is some god-awful looking process crap it looks like spam seriously. He goes to put the cheese on the sandwich and is thinner than paper, thin that it was actually tearing and had holes in it. I asked him I said that’s not how you slice the cheese. It should be sliced thicker than that for sandwiches and he just gave me this dumb look looks like the owner just had walked in. He goes over talk with him, so I just said, forget it and walked out. All the food there just looks not that fresh not like it used to. I’ll never go in there ever again disgusting.

Horrible customer service. Waited 5 minutes to place order with nobody on front of me. I even tipped after being charged for sauce. Then my sandwich sat for another 5 minutes while they sliced meat and prepped food for the door dash driver who showed up after me. No wonder it’s a dying food chain. The

All the tables were dirty, they got mad when we asked them to change their gloves from being at the cash register and the sandwiches were so gross. Won't be coming back here! Also some weird stuff was going on between the 2 employees kinda fighting over the cash register.

AJ did a fantastic job making our sandwiches while also telling us about the menu. He was very welcoming and we will be back because of him. The food was also terrific.
Always fast and very friendly Eat lunch here everyday. Would recommend 5 out of 5.

Hours online and at the door say 11am opening on Sundays. Today, 11/3/24, store is closed at 11:15. I've watched several individuals try to open the door. You guys are definitely losing business. Went across the street to Arby's instead.
