Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

They don't have a lot of food choices, just how much chicken do you want. What they do offer is top shelf. As good as chick-fil-a, which is the gold standard in this segment of the fast food world. Nearly everyone drives through, and they really work hard to keep to line movin. In the dining room is typical fast food booths and so forth. Rest rooms reasonably clean considering the volume of people served.

I've eaten here before and the food was good. But the day I went there on 2/25/25 the service was none I'm disabled and asked if they could please bring my order out to me they said yes but when my order was ready they did not bring in to me. The food was not done and still pink on the inside and the prices where cold. Sorry you failed this time.

LOVE Canes. I would have to say this is my favorite location in Reno/ Sparks area. Don't know what's better? The chicken, fries or Texas Toast. Crinkle fries deep fried to perfection. Chicken strips are nearly, if not perfect. Not greasy at all. And I have never had a problem with the Texas toast. Always grilled to perfection. I always get mine BOB. Buttered on both sides. Excellent, clean atmosphere. Service is above and beyond! Always very friendly staff. I use to deliver Door Dash. Have to say this restaurant was one of the top three for getting orders. Prices are reasonable too. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant anytime, no questions asked.

We ordered 4 chicken fingers and a chicken sandwich meal total $19 no cane sauce we were told we would have to pay for them separately. It would have been nice if someone had suggestively said that at the cash register. So now I have four chicken fingers with no sauce dry as a bone. We get the chicken sandwich also really dry, so we started to put on some ketchup when we noticed the lettuce was black and wilty. Just decided to eat the chicken it was really good just dry. Just blows my mind that I would order chicken fingers and not get any kind of sauce to dip them in. Used at the restroom and there were no paper towels. Pee all over the floor suggest if you eat here, you get drive thru and take it home to have some sauce other people must have come to this conclusion as well because the drive thru was packed! I did like the fact that they had people out in the dining room cleaning.

Don't go at 9pm. Pretty sure the dining area hadn't been cleaned in two hours. Ended up taking our food to go. Flavorless French fries and they were out of coleslaw.
