I live in minden area so having to go to reno for any reason and being able to go home with canes is an awesome experience. Great food. Maybe a little on the high side price wise but I still love it.
When you go into the Sparks NV canes they're ketchup dispenser rarely works when it does work it comes out super slow and that's a sign of a dirty tube that's clogged. I don't go to this canes or the other one in Reno more than maybe once a month now. The club Kane's card I thought it added points so you got free meals and stuff but here to find out that's not it you don't get no points or anything. I was told by their customer service that it's only used for promotions and to tell you how many times you've been there "that's it"! So with a place you go to eat and their chicken taste like cigarettes because the grease is so dirty at times then the ketchup dispenser don't work most of the time and management that's a whole different ball game. I forgot if you do carry out always check your order because this canes is well known for screwing your orders up. They don't care if they lose business or not evidently or else they would change things. But that's just my opinion.

The chicken fingers are made with real pieces of chicken. It's not a mashed mixture of stuff like other places. The buttered bread and sauce that accompany the chicken are great. I'm glad I don't live next door. I'd be there all the time. Lol! We've been her several times, and the quality is always consistent and good even when lives are long.
