I absolutely love this food! I visit here occasionally, but it’s still incredibly good. The customer service is always top-notch, and the food is five-star, just like always. It’s the best chicken I’ve ever had, and the sauces are also some of the best I’ve ever tasted.

We came for lunch since we always eat here when in Reno. The service was quick and friendly and the food was piping hot.

I’ll admit that I’m not the biggest fan of Canes due to the blandness of the chicken, but this location is not their best. The meat seems blander than most Canes locations, with very dry Texas toast. Can get loud with this being a spot college students frequent. Would not recommend.

Very nice people, food is usually good, the tea is amazing if you get half sweet / half unsweet. It does have cane sugar and sucralose - I could do without the sucralose. The only complaint I have is most of the time they forget straws, if they forget anything it's an argument and April is the rudest manager I have ever encountered, she seems to almost enjoy being extraordinarily rude as she layers every sentence with sarcasm.

We were extremely impressed with this location. We love Canes and had a relatively small window for lunch in a baseball tournament nearby. I was nervous when we arrived with the amount of people at this location. Our whole team ended up there, plus others and what looked like a bunch of college kids coming in and out. They were amazing! Super quick and efficient. Order was perfect! Would highly recommend. They handled a large rush incredibly well.
