Overall fun Saturday experience. Valentines day appears to have been a bit of a hard evening for them and was not our experince now or in the past. We have been many times and alway fun. I am not too apt in trying new things so I had familar entree the scallops very good and my husband was very happy with his choices. Very reasonable and great food.

Don’t waste your money and time. I came for Valentine’s Day and Was expecting to have a good time but was sadly disappointed, the service was extremely slow, my drink had a bug in it, which took over 15 minutes to be remade and it took over an hour for our food to come out.Tried to ask for a manager and was told there wasn’t one…Cannot say I was impressed. Was very disappointed in the food quality as well. Was bland and my steak was over cooked. They had a limited Valentine’s Day menu, which was suppose to make it easy on the chefs. Couldn’t order a pizza or pasta or a hamburger. Mind you there were only two cooks for a packed restaurant. Only one table was eating at a time. Extremely understaffed and terrible service. The owners were extremely unprepared for the evening. Made for a terrible experience

Wife and I came for Valentines we had a 6:30 reservation and Rattlenskake was busy the whole evening . The appetizers were amazing !! The best cheese crostini and crab cakes not alot of filler . Delicious! Wanted more but dinner was coming . Drinks were great . Dinner I had a fillet and scallop special my wife had the Salmon we had our entrees within 25 mins of arriving pretty good to us ! We sticky toffee pudding and profiteroles for dessert delicious! We will be back . Thank you for a local restaurant non casino and delicious food and very beautiful atmosphere'n

The kitchen was very slow and we ended up taking our food to go. Wait staff was very kind when they checked on us, but that wasn't often. Our reservation was at 7:15 and we didn't end up gettin your food until almost 9:30. Drinks were amazing and the appetizers were delicious. The restaurant is gorgeous and lends to a comfortable setting. Hoping this was just an off night, but we were very disappointed.

My wife and I were celebrating Valentine's Day and decided to try The Rattlesnake Bistro. The service was poor at best. We waited over 45 minutes for our appetizer. Our main course arrived about a half hour later. Both of our orders were disappointing, my wife's was undercooked and mine was tasteless. The 2 tables next to us were as frustrated as we were. I had high hopes for the Bistro but won't go back. Disappointing and underwhelming.

This restaurant has so much potential but has changed hands recently, to its detriment. We had reservations for Valentine's Day and our experience was poor. There was no coverage at reception, no apparent manager on duty and many of the staff members appeared to be new, including our server. The dominant impression was of servers milling around behind the bar. There were long waits for acknowledgment, drinks and food. After about an hour, we were given someone else's order and then received our entrees followed by our salads several minutes later. We were seated where we could see reception and much of the restaurant and our experience was far from unique. We saw at least one couple leave without ever being greeted, another settle up after only one glass of wine and others experience the same slow/uneven service that we did. We settled and left quickly after finishing our entrees. As much as I want to like this place I'm not sure we will be back.

Both the food and services were good. Getting the food out seemed to be a real problem. We were there over two hours and did not get our entree for well over an hour. It was over a half hour for the appetizer. Salad came out quickly and was excellent. We had dessert and it was good but again slow getting out. It's a very attractive restaurant, unfortunately the food getting out was a disaster.

Service was beyond slow. (Only had 4 table tops sat) Server's priority was definitely not the customer. Maybe next time Serve my food when it's hot rather than washing dishes at the bar or chattingwith other staff. Other tables got up to even see what the hold up was, as you are able to go see the open kitchen. Drink was shaken with ice, then served over ice. A good way to water down your Drink and serve 50% less for same $12. The firecracker shrimp was was good. Highly doubt I will be visiting this place again ant time soon.

An overall poor experience unfortunately. We ignored our gut feeling to turn around and leave when we walked in to only a single table with diners. The place was totally empty. My hamburger ($18) was honest to god the most BLAND burger I’ve ever had in my life. I ate the whole thing just out of fascination at how boring and tasteless it was. My partner’s short ribs ($30) were equally lacking in seasoning, salt or flavor. The crab/artichoke dip ($18) was fine, but if you told me it was just artichoke and no crab I would have believed you. My $5 glass of Chardonnay was a good deal. The $12 cocktail was acceptable, but in no way great. There are a LOT better ways to spend $92 (before tip) in Reno.

Went on a holiday weekend and was not busy at all. Kevin was an excellent server. Food was very good. Only complaint was my short ribs were piping hot on top of lukewarm potatoes and green beans. Not a deal breaker!

We had a wonderful experience at the rattlesnake club. I was concerned a little due to past reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised we were a party of six and everyone's food was absolutely amazing. The service was top-notch!

If I could’ve given 3 1/2 stars, I would’ve. But I couldn’t justify giving only three. Let me start with the positive, this place is gorgeous! The decor and design work is absolutely spectacular. From the moment you walk in the door, and even walking to the bathroom. The staff is also amazing- friendly and attentive. So why 3 1/2 stars? First off, the menu is quite small, and really not all that varied in the flavor choices. We came for Valentine’s Day this year and absolutely loved it! The selection and options were great, and there was plenty to choose from. Tonight I got the short rib and subbed out sweet potatoes for the regular potatoes. Well, the flavor and execution of the dish was spot on, but by the time it got to my table-it was room temperature. Not hot at all! And by the last few bites, it was actually cold. It was really disappointing because, like I said, the flavors were so good, but it could’ve been great if it was served hot.

We arrived and our party of 6 were seated immediately. Beautiful restaurant yet service was slow. They delivered half the orders to the table and then we waited 15 minutes for the other orders to arrive. Food was cold. They never mentioned that they were out of the potatoes as offered on the menu. They never came by to check on our experience or refill our water. Never asked if we wanted another drink. Not sure this place will last. Restaurant business is very competitive.

We came here Thursday the 2nd of November. We had an amazing time there was seven of us. Place was busy look like there were two big parties and some others. Food was amazing we had the salmon, chicken piccata, rib eye ( which was cooked perfectly medium rare) served with mashed potatoes and creamed spinach, the only child with us had pizza, had some as well. Delicious Service was great we were served my Aaron very helpful and gave us just the right amount of attention. The bartender made drinks that were right on target. Ambience is beautiful fireplace, big trees, nice lightening. We will be back. Thank you Rattlesnake Bistro
