I went on my lunch break to get a reuben to go. Upon returning to my office (approx. 10 mins away from the deli) I opened it and it was completely sopping wet with grease. I touched the bread and I could see the liquid grease sponge out. I called the deli to let them know that I wouldn't be able to eat it, and asked for some type of refund (also I wouldn't be able to get another lunch break to get something else). The front gal (who was nice, and this isn't her fault at all) told me per her kitchen manager I would need to come and physically bring the sandwich back in order to receive a refund. I work an hourly position, so I can't just leave my job AGAIN to come present them their poorly made sandwich, the alternative of course would be to wait until 6:30 to come back. Super stupid way to deal with that. Hope the $11 is worth it. Don't recommend.

Without much thinking it's an easiest 5/5 ever. We tried Wall street, John Gotti and Godfather sandwich and they were perfect! And also the staff was very nice and forthcoming!

I have been going to this place for about 4 years. My personal favorite of all is the John Gotti! Everyone there is so friendly. As soon as I walk in they know who I am. I can not express how good it feels to eat there. The food is delicious and the staff are exceptional! Thankyou for the delicious meal and your great attentions!

Rick’s is the place to go for awesome sandwiches and salads. Awesome, fresh food, amazing service! I rarely wait longer than a few minutes but if I do, it’s definitely not for a lack of energy on the part of the staff. Super friendly and when it’s busy, they are moving fast to get your order out asap and they get the order right every time! Amazing place!
I love this place. Food is amazing. My only complaint the first time I was here I had meatball sub and everytime since they've been out of them. Teases.

Amazing!!! Food is wonderful! Hours need to be extended. It's hard to make it there on my lunch break most days. Wallstreet is THE BEST tri-tip sandwich I've ever had in my life. I just can't treat my family to it on the weekends or evenings because of limited hours :^(
