Consistently closed an hour and a half earlier than posted on the door and online. Bummer.Absolutely delicious ice creams and things, cannot recommend highly enough outside of the issue with being open.

Sad selection this Friday afternoon. Nothing chocolate in the custard side, just not sure what the appeal is here. Went to Raileys and got something there instead, hundreds of flavors to choose from. Please try harder, wanted to enjoy this place! Server was friendly.

My wife and I are very happy with Rita's. We only discovered them about 2 months ago and it is a go to now for us and the kids.

This place is great. Fun atmosphere. Definitely different choices of dessert. You can definitely tell a difference between soft serve custard and soft serve dq. I love that everything feels mom and pop.
Most ridiculous store idk if the owner just opens up shop when she/he feels like it cuz there’s no consistant hours and there alwayyyyyyssssssss closeeeeddd like why have a store that u never open. I literally have to call everytime to make sure there open before I go

Custard is sooo good!
This is best place on the planet and im so thankful to have one as least semi close to where I live. Plus the customer service and quality is always amazing. All I can say is...Thank God for frozen custard and cotton candy Italian ice!
I grew up going to Rita’s on the east coast and was excited to see one out here. It is exceptionally overpriced for small servings and I was overcharged for the wrong item at the register
