Waited a long time just to place my order and had to repeat myself multiple times. After that, I waited over 15 minutes in the drive-thru for my food, despite there being only one car ahead of me. I ordered the Wednesday special. The staff was very unwelcoming. My food was ice cold, the lettuce tasted like soap, and to top it off, I found a human hair in my food.

Great burrito! I've tried the one across town. I'm excited that we have this in the valleys! The service was good and Miguel was busy cleaning so it's nice and clean... But I see there is a review from 2 months ago that said that somebody else noticed the awful sewer smell as well. I noticed it when coming in today as well. If this is a constant I would ask why this hasn't been addressed. That can be problematic with food safety. Other than that, I love, Rivas and I had a great experience. Thank you. Please fix that smell though. Yikes!

The carne asada meat was cold ask for refund He proceeded to act as if because of the sour cream guacamole and Pico the meat was cold even the shell was cold. Refused to give me my money back.

Sat in the drive thru behind 1 single car for 32 minutes. Let me repeat that... 32, thirty-two minutes. Over half an hour. I guess because they couldn't possibly have them drive around and take their food out to them. Also, their guacamole may not be made from actual avocados. It's a weird bright green goo. But mostly, 32 minutes in the drive thru is absurd when there is just 1 car ahead of you.

I'll give you a good rating but I was pretty disappointed in my order today. My son got the steak burrito which he loved. And I got the chicken tacos because I'm broke. The meat tasted old and there wasn't much in it.
