Really cute ice cream shop. My kids have been watching rolled ice cream on YouTube and have been dying to go to one. It is connected to Dorinda's chocolate shop with is cute. The staff were 3 young men who were nice and welcoming. Excited to see us which was nice. We ordered 3 ice creams, peaches n cream, cherry and coffee. All were really good and reasonably priced ( about 8.50 each). It's not as creamy as cold stone or other ice cream places but still good. There's no inside seating which is a bummer because it was raining outside and the outdoor seating was all wet but overall good experience.

Really hot owners tho ‍ I would drag my balls through 5 miles of broken glass and rusty nails just to hear Mr. Cream fart through a walkie talkie with low batteries.

Rolled Mountain is one of my favorite ice cream places in town. I love how customizable it is, with so many flavor and mix in options. Staff are always friendly and while it is small inside and parking can be a bit challenging, there is plenty of nice outdoor seating.

Best ice cream I have ever had

I gave 4 stars based on location, customer service from Amber & her coworker, and how the shop is set up for us to enjoy. (as I have yet to actually consume any of their creations)I just wondered in, attracted by the sound of people having fun while I was walking the river around 7pm.Amber immediately greeted me and answered all my endless questions. And then patiently helped me build my own box of handmade gourmet chocolates.I’ll update if disappointed with the chocolates. But I’m betting they are gonna be fantastic! Thanks Amber!Just another great experience in Reno!

I love this place good ice cream is a little expensive for serving that's the only downside.

It is very good but 10 bucks for one ice cream is a little much.

Tucked away in a neighborhood, this shop has ice cream that puts Coldstone to shame. It's not just homemade, it's made while you wait and watch. They should be a presence at events, especially in the summer. They'd be killing it.

This place was tucked away, but is so worth it!! All of us got different ice creams, and the oak milk option was delicious.

hello therefirst time here at rolled mountain creameryif you're looking for parking, there are parking around the neighborhoodsservice was great, daniel helped provide alternatives and assisted with any menu questionsI custom ordered the taro base with pecans, coffee, caramel swirl and a cherry on top. 4/5 taro was light and savory, while the rest stood out more in flavor. great rolled ice cream technique, soft and melts in your mouth and if you're outside in the heat. be warned eat quick outside in the seating areas. I recommend this spot, if you have not checked it out. cool little shop area in the corner with hip rustic vibes.

Rolling Mountain Creamery has become a favorite spot for my son and me. The icing on the cake is the 20% discount received by checking in on Yelp - a delightful surprise that adds to the experience. One of the standout features is their consideration for different dietary preferences, offering a range of vegan options. This consideration means a lot to us, making it easy to enjoy a treat together. On this visit, we decided to go for a classic vanilla ice cream and ventured into the realm of matcha green tea ice cream. My son's delight with the vanilla ice cream was evident, savoring every bite. However, the matcha green tea ice cream left something to be desired. While good, it didn't quite capture the authentic matcha flavor that we've experienced elsewhere. The staff's friendly demeanor and welcoming attitude contribute to the overall positive experience. The abundance of outdoor seating is a wonderful addition, allowing us to enjoy our treats while taking in the surroundings.Rolling Mountain Creamery is undoubtedly a delightful dessert destination. With its diverse options, amiable staff, and comfortable seating, it's an excellent place for sweet indulgence. While the green tea ice cream might need a little refining, the overall experience is one that keeps us coming back for more

Great service! Fun experience to see it made in front of you. We had the peaches and cream. There isn't indoor seating but there is seating outside

Super good ice cream, usually. If you order the same thing every time, you will notice that each time it's different. For example, sometimes your choice may be super minty, the next time you might not be able to taste the mint. Sometimes when I order a few different selections, they are nothing like what the menu says. Usually good, just not consistent. My major gripe though is with the hours. I don't know if they are having problems or what but you can't tell when they will be open. Sometimes they are open on Sunday, sometimes not. So far this week, they've been closed Mon. - Tues. I hope they are not having some kind troubles as generally I really like the ice cream.

I had Danica's Kooky Dough, and my wife had the Signature Cherry. She said may be the best ice cream she's had. Great service and beautiful location.

That was an amazing place that I have ever been. I have never seen someone made ice cream before. They make it like roll-ups too. Good ice cream!
