Felt unwelcomed, like others as I read through others’ reviews. Anyways, for 9.99 the serving was pretty low. I tried coffee rolled but I’m really sad to say that there was not even a single % of coffee taste however my wife tried some fruity one and that was good in taste.
The only thing we enjoyed was the making process. A minor suggestion to the owners to ask your employees/ rolled ice cream artists to at-least keep a bit of smile to make your costumers comfortable and to make them to come again.

Extremely mediocre ice cream in a tiny serving size for a high price. Taste wise you’re better off getting ice cream at the grocery store.

My first time in and immediately felt un-welcome. My husband and I weren’t greeted, even though there were 3 employees up front. I mentioned it smelled good and no response,I said hi and no response. I wasn’t aware of the process or menu items and one of the employees was nice enough to tell me the process and answer my questions while the other seemed irritated that I was still a little confused about menu options. Immediately turned off the experience for me. It Smelled amazing in there though!

We had sea salt caramel icecream and it was delicious
Haven't been here and the reason I won't is the absolutely unprofessional and rude response the owner had to another review. If you're a business owner, you need to be able to handle the public in a mature manner; part of the service review is the service people receive outside of the brick and mortar location, thus my 1 star for that. However, based on the reviews of the product and ambiance, I left a 5 star for those.
There is something called tact, of which this owner obviously lacks, and I don't feel like supporting that subpar attitude with one cent of my money. It's unfortunate, too, because being anaphylactic-ally allergic to dairy, it's difficult to find places to accommodate my dietary restrictions. I was excited to try this place-glad I checked the reviews first.

Not good. I have never in my life bought ice cream, had one bite and then had to throw it out. I guess there is a first for everything.
They wouldn't serve me a 1/2 portion for 5$ only the full portion for 10$ . I had weight loss surgery and asked nicely . Im sure that it tastes great but never had the chance to try it since I only wanted 1/2 serving . They dont even do a childs size . oh well .

I ordered the Oat Milk with Mint, Cherries, Pineapple, Pecons, and Kiwi Boba - what a cool show and the ice cream tasted GREAT! Kinda like a Teppenyaki show, but with liquid milk/cream that turns into ice cream before your eyes! He rolls it into the cup when it's done too, way cool!
As newbies, we were overwhelmed at all the awesome choices. The staff were great ti helping us select: The Samoa and Hunk-Chunk. Both are great. We hope to stop by on our trip back to try other flavors.
