Just did a look up on this business for somewhere new to go. Will update when that happens.
The staff is rude I came with my husband and in laws around 4:30 pm today and they two employees gave us dirty looks we said hello and nothing just a dirty face then when we paid my husband was counting his cash and the girl looked annoyed if you’re not happy with your job go find a new one just for their attitude I’m not coming back worst customer service ever!!
Wow, the experience of watching an employee mixing the ingredients rolling up ice cream was so interesting and exciting to see and watch. I got the Dubai of oat milk and it was tasty. Good ice cream. Way to go.
My husband and I went on a date to the movies and came here afterwards for ice cream. It was 9:30 pm they don’t close until 10. That should mean we’re welcome to order ice cream until 10 right? Well we didn’t feel welcome. We walked in and were not greeted I smiled and said hello to the two employees working and they gave me a blank stare. They put our ice cream we ordered on the counter and told us our total and we said thank you, no response back. You would think with spending over $20 for two ice creams they would try to make the experience a little better. Ice cream tasted good, but I won’t be back unfortunately.
This is so much worse than the place at mid town, the ice cream started melting after two bites. They gave less from this place compared to their other locations. The caramel sauce was somehow half sold. The new favor Dubai bar had way less stuff then the other place
Actually pretty good ice cream. They only have one size, which is good if you’re like me and over eat when you get ice cream.
Nice thing about this place is they’re open till 11pm.
Got there 8 minutes before close. I was told I could only buy prepared items. I bought two iceceam sandwiches that were freezer burned.
Yes goo gel i got directions
Fu
Very cool to watch and very good ice creame but a little pricy for the size.

Felt unwelcomed, like others as I read through others’ reviews. Anyways, for 9.99 the serving was pretty low. I tried coffee rolled but I’m really sad to say that there was not even a single % of coffee taste however my wife tried some fruity one and that was good in taste.
The only thing we enjoyed was the making process. A minor suggestion to the owners to ask your employees/ rolled ice cream artists to at-least keep a bit of smile to make your costumers comfortable and to make them to come again.

Extremely mediocre ice cream in a tiny serving size for a high price. Taste wise you’re better off getting ice cream at the grocery store.

My first time in and immediately felt un-welcome. My husband and I weren’t greeted, even though there were 3 employees up front. I mentioned it smelled good and no response,I said hi and no response. I wasn’t aware of the process or menu items and one of the employees was nice enough to tell me the process and answer my questions while the other seemed irritated that I was still a little confused about menu options. Immediately turned off the experience for me. It Smelled amazing in there though!

We had sea salt caramel icecream and it was delicious
Haven't been here and the reason I won't is the absolutely unprofessional and rude response the owner had to another review. If you're a business owner, you need to be able to handle the public in a mature manner; part of the service review is the service people receive outside of the brick and mortar location, thus my 1 star for that. However, based on the reviews of the product and ambiance, I left a 5 star for those.
There is something called tact, of which this owner obviously lacks, and I don't feel like supporting that subpar attitude with one cent of my money. It's unfortunate, too, because being anaphylactic-ally allergic to dairy, it's difficult to find places to accommodate my dietary restrictions. I was excited to try this place-glad I checked the reviews first.
