Best Ice Cream/Chocolate shop in Reno! Customer service is great every worker has a smile on their face and is very friendly. Be prepared to wait a little longer during the Summer season, this place is booming! This location is very well stocked and smells like freshly made chocolate.

They wouldn't serve me a 1/2 portion for 5$ only the full portion for 10$ . I had weight loss surgery and asked nicely . Im sure that it tastes great but never had the chance to try it since I only wanted 1/2 serving . They dont even do a childs size . oh well .

Took the tiny dancer here for a treat. She was overwhelmed by all the flavors and options. She settled on rolled cookies and cream and said it was delicious. I'm sure we will visit again soon....

Great location for a tasty treat. Love that they have many options on their menu, if you're looking for something more chocolatey or fruity. Or, you can customize and make your own creation. Employees were friendly and patient. Lots of other treats in there besides rolled ice cream. I do think it is super pricey though, for what you're getting. But, still a good treat and two people can easily share one.

I ordered the Oat Milk with Mint, Cherries, Pineapple, Pecons, and Kiwi Boba - what a cool show and the ice cream tasted GREAT! Kinda like a Teppenyaki show, but with liquid milk/cream that turns into ice cream before your eyes! He rolls it into the cup when it's done too, way cool!

Nice quiet location. Ordered peanut butter bomb & yes it was bomb !! Not super sweet. Looks rich but was perfect with the pretzels on top. Everything looked good but PB is a must with me. Try this place out. Will not regret

Interesting ice-cream place. They essentially make the ice cream in front of you. Menu isn't huge, but the ice cream was good. I've been here a few times now and will come back again. Staff was nice.

Once again, they are amazing! Best Local creamery in town, summers at the Rancharrah is our favorite! Can never go wrong with a nice rolled ice cream on a hot day. Cherry and grasshopper are a must! Very busy location in the summer but still fast as they have two rollers going.
