The food was good, but not quite perfect on this visit. The mozzarella sticks were cold but still tasty. The pizza was delicious, and the wings were hot, though the BBQ sauce on the wings was fresh from the fridge. The staff was super friendly and the restaurant was clean as were the restrooms. On a subsequent delivery order today, my mozzarella sticks were hot and pizza excellent.

I love this place, this is the only round table that I will go to here in Reno Nevada. The food is always fresh and hot. Staff is always friendly, attentive and never fails to deliver quality service. I highly recommend this location.

Try harder. Does not meet the standards of round table. Pizza is always overcooked and toppings and sauce are not put on in a proper amount. Always way too little sauce and not toppings. For what this places charges they should be ashamed of themselves for putting out such a poor product.

Always a great experience when I order from this Round Table! Their delivery time seems to have improved quite a bit and even though I opted for contactless delivery, the drivers always wait to get in their car to make sure I've heard them ring the bell. It definitely saves me from not realizing the food has been sitting on my porch for 30 minutes. Although it's pricier than other pizza places, it's definitely worth it and my kids hate when I order from anywhere else! I love that they always provide a good amount of cheese and pepper packets at no additional cost as well. Great job as usual Round Table!!!

We had delivery, the delivery person was very nice, if thats any indication of how the resturant is 100%, the pizza was awsome, cooked correctly and delivered hot. I will be ordering soon from them.

This location gives Round Table a bad name.Also, if you notice - the majority of the people who recently gave this place a 5 star review only have less than a handful of reviews ever posted on Google.-----------The first time we came to this location was after our move to Reno during covid. They were absolutely BEYOND RUDE and disrespectful to my five year old son. I NEVER wanted to go back. We gave them a second chance a year later since friends were in town and wanted to go there - it was decent.Today was the last straw. Around 5:45 I phoned to place an order for pick up. The lady told me that if I signed up for texts I can get 10% off the next order. I asked her if she could cancel the order and claim the 10% on this one. After waiting ~3 minutes while she asked the manager, she returned and said they said no and there's no other coupons I could use. Right after, she asked "would you like to cancel the order?" Nothing else. She was very nice but sadly, IMO, was not given any direction other than no from the manager. When I was waiting on hold I noticed their website had 15% off my FIRST order if I signed up with my email. I told her I was able to find a coupon but yes, please cancel my order. She said "ok, have a good evening."I am beyond shocked at their non-existent customer service skills. If this is an example of where AI could make a huge difference, it would be a perfect one.Never, would I ever recommend this location to anyone.
