The pizza is some of the best pizza I've ever had. But as an employee who works there, the work environment isn't exactly a positive experience and a lot of times pisses me off, but I would say that Round Table just in general is the best pizza chain. The service at this location is about a 7/10. As a side note the wings are the best side to get.

Been here in the past and it was good. But last night when we went to get our food, everything was being made with dirty, bare hands. We ordered pizza and breadsticks for our family and they all tasted like there was cinnamon and sugar on them which I know is not usually on them. This morning my children woke up vomiting all over the place and we are worried it has to do with how unclean this pizzeria was in preparing food for our family.

I've always had a great experience with this location. Delivery and pick up. The staff is always very nice and Alex always calls to tell me when he is on his way. Today my estimated delivery time was 1:04pm and I received it at 12:50pm. They also have delicious pizza if you like Round Table. I do!!

Got delivery of the Lg double play pepperoni... Awesome. Cooked perfectly, the crust was crispy and the little cup peps... crispy as they should be!! Had boneless buffalo wings...mmmm spicy goodness!

I've tried ordering from this location twice within the last 2 weeks... both during business hours. The first time I was hung up on. The second time they said they were closing early for Hot August Nights... an event that lasts, like, 2 weeks. WFT?

I placed and order for a BBQ chicken pizza. It looked like a whole bottle of BBQ sauce was dumped on the pizza. The delivery was absolutely great but the product was terrible. I called and we explained the issue. The manger said they would refund me and it still hasn't show up. The past few times I've ordered the delivery was great but this location has gone downhill in customer service

Been ordering from this location for years and Ive had enough of the misleading estimation of when your pizza is ready, and increasingly worse quality that comes out of this location, paired with the zxy whatever generation attitude counter boys they employ. ( seems to be a new one every few months ) If you want a sub par pizza, and wait everytime for an avg of 15 min in the stuffy lobby when you call ahead..then by all means this is your spot.

Customer service was fine while ordering. However, is it standard practice to charge $2.79 for a cup of water from the fountain? If we hadn't grabbed the itemized receipt we wouldn't have caught that we were charged for two bottles of Aquafina which we had to ask for repeatedly. We also had to ask for both of the zesty red sauce cups on the receipt.Pizza quality is fine -- very middle of the road. Price seemed a little high, but that could be due to the negative customer service experience or due to the post-Covid price increases that everyone is trying to get used to.
