OK, so there is a manager named Haven rude disrespectful very impatient horrible personality. Wouldn’t even give me a chance to speak kept cutting me off. Was trying to rush me and press me. I don’t understand. I just hung up. Didn’t even want to order my food anymore this place is going downhill. I don’t even know why such a person would be working there. Do they not understand the customers are the reason why the businesses are in business Haven needs to be fired. Horrible customer service horrible attitude. I am definitely going to file a complaint.

The last few times the pizza dough was terrible at the Reno north hills location it’s like rubber you can’t chew it was cold (not fresh) cost $50 bucks …I will let everyone know your pizza is crap!!!we will be going to round table at the Gsr from now on where the pizza is consistently good

Round Table switching to Door Dash delivery is the worst thing they could have done. Last time we ordered the DD delivery person dropped off a bunch of other orders before ours so our pizza was 45 mins late and cold. We decided maybe it was just a one off them using DD so took a chance ordering again tonight and they are still using DD and the driver left our pizza on the FREEZING COLD porch. There is still snow outside. It's winter. So of course another cold pizza for us. I checked and the delivery directions for the driver even specifically say to hand it to the person. Guess this is the last time we order from Round Table

I just moved here from California and bought round tabel pizza for 20 years always awesome. I was soo happy when I found round tabel pizza by house in lemon vally I bought it 3 times now in 3 months very very disappointed I ask for well done it's still dough I ask for light sause thick as all hell I pay for extra toppings witch is ridiculous priced they short u on the toppings that supposed to come with .I very disappointed in round tabel pizza here this is probably the last time I buy here expeasaly the price they charge I have no problem in paying for a great pie but come on this is ridiculous..I dnt write many reviews but this time I can't let it slide sorry round tabel.i know from this review in wnt changed .but just mabe it will.. 😔

The pizza is some of the best pizza I've ever had. But as an employee who works there, the work environment isn't exactly a positive experience and a lot of times pisses me off, but I would say that Round Table just in general is the best pizza chain. The service at this location is about a 7/10. As a side note the wings are the best side to get.

Was good pizza. Will probably order again. I am only here a couple times a year. Recommend
Waited over 40 mins for food to be undercooked. Cheese in the Mozzarella sticks not even kind of melted and potato wedges were raw.
