RT has always been my favorite. Today what was delivered was not good. So old and dry. They charge way too much to deliver old pizza.

This is the best Round Table. One of the only Round Tables that still have a lunch buffet. The food was fresh and delicious the salad bar was delicious fresh lettuce great variety I had seconds on my salad and I don't usually eat salad. When we paid they ask3d what pizza we would like so we didn't have to eat something we didn't like. I will be returning frequently.

Zack was the most helpful, attentive, and patient. We really appreciated the service we got here and the pizzas and garlic twists were some of the best we've had in a while at Round Table.
This would be a Round Table location I would definitely come back to!

Weird seeing a take out Round Table. But the girls were sweet, efficient, helpful, and on top of their game. Thanks for the game day deal (usually tound table is too expensive for the small ampunt of food for a full family). So i was happy to order.

Called in my pizza they told me it would be ready in 15 mins came in it had not even been started. I told the nice lady that was helping me at the cashier that its ok I will be at the table waiting no rush. Once she called my name 20 mins later I asked her if I can get a individual salad for the inconvenience and she asked the manager if that would be ok and he said I guess he has to wait anyways so I told the cashier to not even worry about it and that its not that big of a deal. This is the 2nd time I've had an issue with this manager and hes not very professional at all. This place is awesome other than the service.

Last time a ordered from here it was 06/04/25 - Tried to place order one week after this because I like the food but customer service went out the door, that’s why I stopped ordering $100. Dollar $240. Orders. I figured it out to approximately loss revenue of $800. to $900. A month $11,000 a year due to bad customer service. So why did I stop ordering delivery from here, well I’m disabled, I can’t go out due to pain and mobility issues so I order a lot of delivery sad to say, cost a fortune but what can you do. So after doing business with this new location for 6 months again I loved the food, I called in an order for $240. Worth of sandwiches 🥪 and 26 two liters of soda the manager had ordered for me, $130. In soda by itself another $110. In sandwiches 🥪, I talked to Ken, I’ve talked to Ken before because I was a regular customer for 6 months, 2nd time this has happened where I go to call in order and he said to me, we have a delivery driver but I don’t have time to make your order because I’m to busy with customers can you call back tomorrow, tomorrow would be better for me. Wait I’m a customer that is paying for your service, a regular customer that spends $300. Dollars a week or more every week and I’m only ordering from you and I’m depending on you to deliver because I can’t leave my house. Like I said this happened twice and once I was put on bottom of list for food delivery because as I quote “we know you so we know you would understand” yeah i understand but I don’t understand making me wait from 4:pm till 8:30pm for my food. 4 and a half hours for delivery because your making everyone else’s food before mine. Then last thing he said was call in between certain hours because it’s less busy. Come on now I’m a customer, you don’t tell me when to call in an order and when to eat, I tell you when I want food and you make it, and I pay you for doing your job. So great food not going to lie but customer service, Ken sucks. This is why I stopped ordering from this Round Table on E.Moana Ln in Reno nv. And as always if you have read my other review on delivery restaurants, they start off good like this one and I guess they just get tired of all the business and money 💵 💵 I give them because the service and food just start to go down hill. I used to write a food critic column for a Northern California news 📰 paper back when they existed then a blog on a website for a food column and I’ve seen a lot of restaurants lose customers over bad food and over bad customer service or should I say taking customers for granted, $800. ,$900, $1,000 dollars a month x 12 months is nothing to sneeze at, it’s a lot of money 💵 to lose by making a customer feel like you make so much money you don’t need his. Please post your reviews about your experience with this location. Because of this they lost a customer, that spends a lot of money each month and was exclusively only ordering from them, not anymore, not a good Business decision. And I noticed all the pictures under reviews of this place, they don’t sell burgers 🍔 or fries 🍟, onion rings, talk about false advertising, this is a pizza 🍕restaurant. But the reality is I’m a customer, I’m hungry, I call, I order, you make, you deliver, I pay you for your service not tell me your to busy to do your job then tell me to call me back next day and if you’re not to busy that day then you will make my order. Really irritating since I am disabled and in pain and can’t go out to grocery shop on my own, I have to depend solely on restaurant delivery. “Wayne”

What a joke! The employees have no idea what they're doing. Refuse to honor the coupon that I got in the mail today. Put me on hold for 5 minutes to check with a manager. And then hassled me about the appetizers. You need to train your employees! Especially the amount of money that round table cost these days definitely not worth paying for. I'll go to any other round table but this one.
