Wow I waited for an hour and a half for my food. Seen 4 guest arrive later and received their food before us. Waiter had no clue on time. When food arrive it was cold. Top sirloin luke warm and mashed potatoes were cold. First time here and will be the last. Had to step out of the establishment and go across the street to the peppermill and get a pastrami burger from cafe Milanom

Thought this would be a good alternative to chian steak houses. They did have a good selection. But I wasn't impressed by the steak. Cook well but seasoning was nothing special. Fries were soggy, not crisp at all like would be expected on a battered fry. Soup was overall oily, and again light on flavor. Service was great. Pepsi, no Coke. You can decide on that part, lol. Overall wasn't bad, but wasn't great. It was OK.

I had a porterhouse steak it was unseasoned and tasted like grease only ate a small portion and gave it to my dog and got him sick 😓 it was over priced and the lady took forever to get my beers 🙄 not entitled but when you pay 140 for a meal you kinda want better service. Won’t be going there again 😒

The food is very blah No flavor, the steak was really tough for a medium rare the chicken was over cooked.... If you're staying at the Peppermill, you might as well just eat at the casino because the food here was not the best

We ate there last night for the first time. The food and atmosphere were excellent (Halibut, Steak kabobs, and cobbler). What stood out to us was the positive energy from all the staff. The seemed to genuinely enjoy their work. True of all the staff we observed, and particularly our server Braden.

Went here for my husband's birthday dinner. The browning onion was burnt. His Almond crusted fish no flavor. Fish and chips soggy. Disappointed used to be a good place

Honestly, I had forgotten about Ruby River. We had an excellent steak dinner. Our salads came out wrong. But this was quickly remedied. We will be going back for sure.
