Two 12 Oz ribeyes and one 12oz prime rib dinner ordered. Prime rib was tough and the 12oz ribeyes were in reality two tough 8oz Top Sirloins passed off as ribeyes. Its so dark in there maybe they think you cant see the food. Wait staff was pretty good.

Alright, I know chain restaurants are not cool for the cool kids. But damn. Solid ribeye steak in Reno for an honest price. Typically you see chainsaw restaurants treating you like a number and a cost code, my experience was different. It's clear this chain has some folks who care. Not the gen Zers who seat you who have their head glued to their phones, but the people who help you figure out what's best on the menu today. My ribeye was good. Almost as good as the steak house down the street that charges 3x the price for an all American steak cut. Just saying. Give these guys a try when you're in the mood to be a true carnivore, you will thank me later.

Our waitress Kaidynn was amazing. The atmosphere is nice, the food is amazing, and reasonably priced! Oh and the bread was absolutely to die for!

We arrived (party of 7) on June 30th ar 5:30 pm and the “host was sitting outside on a bench talking on his phone. We waited about 10 minutes and no one was at the host desk. I stopped an employee as asked if we should just seat ourselves. I was told that the host we’ll be with me shortly. Finally in comes the guy who was outside on the bench and tells us it will be about 15 minute wait. So we went to the bar and the bartender didn’t even acknowledge us and she went about her business. Meanwhile there were 8 employee in the corner of the bar just talking and laughing among themselves. The bartender never said anything to us like hi, I’ll be right with you nothing just flat ignored us. Finally after about 10 minutes or so I went back to the host and asked him how much longer and he told me about 20 minute wait. We noticed when we were being ignored at the bar there was only two parties eating in the restaurant almost the entire restaurant was empty. When I pointed this out to the host he just rolled his eyes and said he would get to us as soon as a table becomes available very sarcastically. I told him that I would take me business to a place that would appreciate it and we left. I can’t believe this place stays in business never had I been treated so rudely.
Amazing food my server was so nice and sweet. Our food came out so fast. Not too pricey but worth it. Deep fried candy yams! That fish bowl margarita 😍,🤤🤤🤤

My Prime Rib was perfectly cooked and tasted good. The salad wedge was fresh. The baked potato was good. My wife didn’t realize the backed potato was deep fried with a batter she can’t eat. The waiter quickly got her a new potato. Her steak was perfect also. Great service. A little on the pricey side but worth it.
