went last night such a good bar. the bartenders were seriously so good, super fun and on it, and the drinks were great. managing was really solid too, you can tell they care about the place and making sure everyone’s having a good time. honestly such a fun spot, will 100% be back.

Love this place. My go to for a night of dancing and fun. Service always great. This establishment consistently provides a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere. The service is impeccable, with attentive staff catering to patrons' needs. The music selection is excellent, encouraging dancing and socializing. It's a fantastic venue for a night out with friends or colleagues. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a memorable experience.

Bad drinks, overpriced, rude security, mediocre staff, country music at a tiki bar? They don't even have a specials menu.
Worth grabbing a drink if your desperate and can't leave the hotel and really want something tiki, otherwise not really worth the visit. The decor is okay, but not overly tiki. I've been here a handful of times and they are always rude, forgetful, or bad at making drinks.
Tip to the owners, tell your security to chill it and not make customers feel uncomfortable. Tell your bartenders to welcome people and not ignore them at the bar. And get an actual drink menu and some tiki options. I have diamond status and am now much less likely to come back, heading to GSR next time.

Have been here many times & always enjoyed it. Not this time. The place was empty. Ordered 1 drink & 1 beer from male bartender for $10. 15 minutes later ordered 1 drink (same type of drink) from female bartender and it was $13. There is no menu so you have no recourse as to the pricing or what is even in the drink or what is available. The 2 drinks were completely different. They had only just opened & our table was filthy. When I asked for a rag I assumed she would come clean it but no...I was given a towel to do it myself. When I returned the rag she replied "thanks doll". Not very appropriate. This is not the great place it used to be & clearly needs new management. Also, a menu would be a great place to start! Until serious problems are addressed, this place is a hard pass!

Bartenders were amazing but the two guys DJing were rude. Asked them to play just one song for my friend who was celebrating her bachelorette party, they rolled their eyes at me and ignored me. That was a group of 12 ladies who were willing to drop $$$$ and those guys ruined it and bummed out the bride

Was very disappointed that this place was closed when we got here on a Tuesday. I really like rum so i was looking forward to staying here at the row because of it.

The bartender had no clue what certain drinks are and assumed we were making them up based on where we were from. She was very rude as well. Go drink elsewhere

The male bartender states that our ID’s are invalid, we came to drink and gamble, but how can we gamble if we can’t drink. At least dude in the entrance invited us for a trivia.
On vacation so I was looking for a karaoke show inside a casino. Man was I pleasantly surprised. Amazing sound system, reactive crowd and a helpful friendly

We may have been here on an off night but the female bartender seemed to be having a bad night. She was short with us and also curt with the group sitting next to us at the bar. The drink was good but not great; we only stayed for one round. There are many other lounges in The Row, give this one a pass.

I've have been coming to for years and have never been treated the terrible way I was last night by KERRIN. I can't help but believe she was so terribly rude to my friends, from out of town, and I because we were gay and brown.
