Drinks are really good, not horridly over priced.
But if you’re looking for a place to socialize with friends this ain’t it. The crowds that are there almost every night are utterly deafening, and the volume only gets higher as people get drunker. There is also at least one overly pushy male figure there every time I go, who cannot take a polite no (or 2-3 polite no’s) for an answer.
Stopped by for a cocktail while visiting Reno. Bartender was attentive and knowledgeable. Started with a Daiquiri of course, perfectly balanced. Made a great Sazerac when I asked for a follow up cocktail. Stop by and have a drink you, won't be disappointed. Locals we nice too.

They use excellent base spirits in their drinks but we weren’t able to taste much else in our Mai Tai or Ti Punch, cool spot for sure though.

Rum Sugar Lime is a hidden gem! The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between sophisticated and relaxed, making it an ideal spot to unwind. I was particularly impressed with how clean and well-maintained the bar top was—one of the cleanest I’ve seen.
We tried three drinks: the Painkiller, the Dark Horse, and the Saturn. While the Dark Horse wasn’t quite to our taste, I can see it being a hit for others. The Painkiller was delicious, not overly sweet, but the real standout was the Saturn. The combination of taking a bite of the cherry and then sipping the cocktail is a flavor explosion—absolutely spectacular.
The bartenders are friendly, passionate, and clearly dedicated to their craft. It’s obvious they love what they do and have perfected their mixology skills. A special shoutout to the only female bartender who, despite being there for only three months, had incredible energy and made our experience even better with great conversation. We’ll definitely be back soon!
