From the moment we sat down, Jack F. struck the perfect balance of professionalism and personality. He was genuinely hilarious in a way that felt natural and never forced, which made the whole experience feel special rather than scripted. At the same time, his timing was flawless — drinks appeared right when we needed them, plates were cleared seamlessly, and we never once had to look around for him. It felt like he anticipated everything before we even realized we needed it. What really stood out was how he elevated the entire evening. He didn't just “serve” us — he guided the experience, made thoughtful recommendations, and created an atmosphere that felt warm, relaxed, and memorable at a true fine-dining level. That combination is incredibly rare. If I were managing a restaurant, I would want a whole team of people like him. He is an absolute asset to this establishment, and our night would not have been the same without him. We will be back — and we will absolutely be requesting his section

Where do I start! From the hostess who sat us, to the server, the general manager, the cook,the lady who brought us our food and of course LORI. I am appreciative of everyone. This is a true show of how an amazing steakhouse should run. You can see that everyone is truly working in harmony to give the best experience every time. I loved my ENTIRE meal from appetizer to dessert. Such an amazing and memorable experience. Have been to multiple steakhouses in Reno Casinos ( Atlantis, j resort, legends) this by far is the best. Thank you!

We had looked forward to our experience here at Ruth's Chris at Silver Legacy in Reno. Unfortunately, our dinners were not what we had hoped. One of us had the filet (it was served MedRare as requested but was dry). I ordered the lamb, MedRare. It was served more Med and was much fattier than expected.... About half of two chops were half fat :( another in our party ordered the salmon which was enjoyed.

We went to this Ruth Chris steakhouse in Reno expecting excellence on Thanksgiving Day but everyone in the party, there were six of us, had undercooked turkey. They made new plates for us to take home, but didn't offer a discount until we asked. Our Thanksgiving meal was very disappointing. The service was excellent though but not enough to redeem this meal. Also, they ran out of mashed potatoes. Very disappointing.

The bar seating is right on top of slot machines so if on a date, I'd recommend going on restaurant side. Food is delicious. Service is great, both times I've been.
Shaw set a bar for service excellence. We determined that if there were three of her we could conquer the world. Definitely will come back and want to designate her as our preferred server. I hope she is there for our next visit.

My wife nd I went twice, once in August for our anniverary and in October for a speacial they were having. The food was delicious! All there steaks, comes out on this very hot sizziling butter plater. The Ribeye was the best I had ever had. Melted in my mouth! Both times we had Shawn our waitress and Talan her assistant were Awesome. Shawn was so friendly, professional, Great smile and made us feel comfortable. Fantasic coustomer service from both of them. Of course pricey but they all are. Highly reccomend.
