We went to this Ruth Chris steakhouse in Reno expecting excellence on Thanksgiving Day but everyone in the party, there were six of us, had undercooked turkey. They made new plates for us to take home, but didn't offer a discount until we asked. Our Thanksgiving meal was very disappointing. The service was excellent though but not enough to redeem this meal. Also, they ran out of mashed potatoes. Very disappointing.

The bar seating is right on top of slot machines so if on a date, I'd recommend going on restaurant side.
Food is delicious. Service is great, both times I've been.

Shaw set a bar for service excellence. We determined that if there were three of her we could conquer the world. Definitely will come back and want to designate her as our preferred server. I hope she is there for our next visit.
