From the moment we sat down, Jack F. struck the perfect balance of professionalism and personality. He was genuinely hilarious in a way that felt natural and never forced, which made the whole experience feel special rather than scripted. At the same time, his timing was flawless — drinks appeared right when we needed them, plates were cleared seamlessly, and we never once had to look around for him. It felt like he anticipated everything before we even realized we needed it....

Where do I start! From the hostess who sat us, to the server, the general manager, the cook,the lady who brought us our food and of course LORI. I am appreciative of everyone. This is a true show of how an amazing steakhouse should run. You can see that everyone is truly working in harmony to give the best experience every time. We had looked forward to our experience here at Ruth's Chris at Silver Legacy in Reno. Unfortunately, our dinners were not what we had hoped. One of us had the filet (it was served MedRare as requested but was dry). I ordered the lamb, MedRare. It was served more Med and was much fattier than expected.... About half of two chops were half fat :( another in our party ordered the salmon which was enjoyed.
