Small bar, good vibe and fantastic food. Best burger I've ever had... The Nevada Burger!!! Split it with my husband because it was a very big burger. Outstanding!!

A low-key, old school, neighborhood bar with friendly service. This is your classic beer joint / hang-out spot.

Tucked in one corner behind the bar they have a grill and a fryer so consider the menu. Being a predictable simpleton, I had a standard burger/fries/Coke and it was jumbo-sized and quite good. There were several other items worth checking out so ask for a menu.

Of course, since this is Reno, my seat at the bar had a gaming machine so I played a few hands of Double Bonus Poker. Started with $20 and after a while cashed out at $22.00.

So I was a winner in more ways than one. ?

Totally awesome cheeseburger and fries, all made fresh on the spot! When you order a burger, the first thing they do is put fresh onion slices on the griddle. Then the meat goes on the char-grill. It comes off the grill with a bit of char and crispy edges- perfect. The fries are fresh cut, skin-on from a bin of whole potatoes, and could well be the best in Reno- at least the equal of great Basque-restaurant fries. Good Roma tomatoes on your burger- get it with everything.

Dive bar feel but clean without the tobacco smoke and one of the best burgers in Reno. The fresh cut fries are cut as they are ordered and everything is cooked right in front of ya.

We went in at night around 10:30 pm looking for a good burger place still open. When we walked in the cook was standing behind the bar and there were 2 older men sitting at the bar. The cook didn’t bother to greet us (clearly saw us) and there were no menus anywhere to be found. Didn’t feel like an eatery at all. The atmosphere was just weird, there was no music playing, rather some type of weird documentary playing at full blast. We came because of the good reviews, but they must have been from family and friends. Do not recommend.

This is a stereotypical dive bar in every sense. The power went out while we were there but luckily we already got our food and it was really good. Especially the ɓurger.

I drove down from Tahoe and was looking for a dive with an amazing burger. My first reaction walking in: “have I overshot my target”? I grew even more skeptical as the bartender nonchalantly proceeded to prepare the burger in front of me.But that first bite quite literally made me eat my prejudice. I was drowned in char and juices, and inhaled the entire platter in minutes. The fries were a bit crispy for my taste, but the white sauce (ranch?) deserves a special mention - absolutely delicious.Truly a superlative dive bar burger. Totally worth the drive from Tahoe’s overpriced and mediocre offerings.
