They messed up the order and then said i’d have to pay extra to get the right order. even though i paid for the right order. I ordered the pesto turkey sandwich and they didn’t put turkey on it. I had already complained about the missing items in my order so i didn’t bother having them fix it. The soup arrived lukewarm. The sandwich was a joke. The ingredients were fresh and flavors were good. Just overall negative experience.

Well excuted coffee and tremendous food. The staff is nice and friendly. My latte was solid and the cold brew was alright. Definitely would come again if we're in the area.

Keep in m8nd we are from Maui so we are typically cold. But this place seemed extra cold. Service was at the register so that always losses a star for me. The food was very good. But I wouldn't say amazing. I'd go back but definitely not a favorite spot.

That was a dang good sandwich, they did a lot with very little. Recommend the #1 combo with their tomato soup it’s really good. It doesn’t look like a lot on the plate but it’s the just the right amount for a good lunch. The parking situation is a little confusing especially if you’re not used to Reno but that’s not their fault.

Great place. Food is great and they are fast. The employees are very friendly and polite. The only concern I have is the tables. Looks like they don't clean them very often. The only tables available were dirty and nobody showed up to clean it. Overall it was a great experience and the food deserves another try.

I have heard amazing things about Sup and finally got to try it when I had a friend visiting from out of town. I ordered the BLAT which was so delicious and my friend tried the turkey pesto sandwich with chicken noodle soup. We both really enjoyed our food and thought the restaurant was so cute!! We sat out on the patio to enjoy the scenery and there were some heat lamps which helped with the cooler weather!!

THIS PLACE IS NOT AS GOOD AS IT USED TO BE. Something has changed. I can't put my finger on it, but these aren't the same grilled cheese sandwiches they used to make. Something is off about the cheese and the bread. They both lack flavor. And why is the broccoli and cheddar grainy?
