Great sushi & their 2-3 roll deals are fantastic with all they come with, very affordable if you're not looking for all you can eat

The food was great and the service was OK. Went on a Thursday evening for two. Seated right away. Blinds are broken on the main window blinding diners. Asked them to fix the blinds since I was uncomfortable. Waitress offered to reseat us, but I just sat next to my wife to fix it. Cucumber salad was great as was the other appetizer (crab/cream cheese roll forget what they called it). Sushi arrived without incident and tasted great. Different rolls than I am used to from other places. Great rolls and nigiri, but original waitress didn't bring anything but the appetizer. Another waitress who had her own tables bussed and brought our food and took our payment. Only been here once, but that could contribute to the other low ratings. Waitress mentioned being there all day and being glad to have been told the restaurant was closing early that night (we were there ~5pm)

Horrible place: -Service was abominable and super slow -waitress clearly didn't feel like working, they were constantly playing with their phone and didn't pay attention to the present customers. -At one point everybody that worked there disappeared and it took 15min before they showed up again. - Forgot half of the order. -Sushi was poorly rolled with too much rice ......it was a birthday dinner to forget really fast. We will not return here ever again.

Mar2024:Sushi was great, muscles were dry, ramen was 3/5 from what I heard. Although all you can eat menu was a bit confusing but they did the best they could with organization as they have tons of food to choose from; enjoyed all of their roles we ordered and presentation was top tier. They had one person working as a hostess and server she hustled and managed to handle all tables but that lacked the service quality.

Ordered here for the first time for takeout. Food was surprisingly good ( haven’t had the best sushi experience in Reno), it’s affordable and was fast.

I feel like I paid more for a worse experience. I agree with the overall low rating, and here's why: We went here twice recently and had a notably bad experience both times. I think most of it was the unfriendly waitress, who we had both times we went. The first time was just two of us and we waited a long time for our food and they forgot one of the things we ordered. The second time we went with a group of 5 and got AYCE. I think we were charged extra for something because the total was higher than it should have been, but whatever it was wasn't clear on the menu. I have to say that the sushi was great and the music was a good blend too. The service was just lacking.

The service was disappointing. Our food ticket got "lost" and instead of being approached by the server and being asked to fill another, we had to ask about our order after waiting 45 minutes only to find out about our ticket getting lost. Granted, it was a busy Saturday night like it would be at any restaurant. The cooks/chefs made up for the servers because they actually refilled our waters and ran the food to our table. This place obviously needs more help with staffing. Sucks that the food is actually really good, the wait time is not worth it and having been forgotten about also sucked. Also, when I approached a server, she avoided making eye contact.

This is the best sushi. If you are a sushi lover, you can not leave Reno NV without trying this place. The prices are amazing. The waitresses here are so friendly. The music they are playing is perfect. Definitely will be coming back!

I definitely give this place a rate of 5/10. Rolls lacked flavor, seaweed was soggy. Drinks here are great. Would I go back to this place.. probably not.Vegetarian options: My gf is vegan, she enjoyed the heathy roll the most, deep fried roll was horrible , she didn’t finish her food.

Highly recommend this spot for the food and the service. Nina and Ahli brought a pleasant energy to our feast. Big shout out to the sushi chefs for throwing down. I hope this doesn't come off as a "look at me" comment, this is a review from someone that has a good taste In sushi from working at a sushi joint called Mikuni that has a reputation of really good quality food. We Tasted a wide variety of nigiri and rolls. All of it was surprisingly really tasty and the fish quality exceeded my expectations for a sushi joint in Reno, a place not easily accessible to fresh ingredients. To sum it up, shit slapped, eat here. Another shout out to Nina and Ahli, much love to you both
