Had an incredibly disappointing meal today. Ordered an avocado Cobb that was mostly a giant bowl filled with Iceberg lettuce. Toppings were measly and flinty and then they mixed the bowl forcing me to go on a treasure hunt for what little there was. My partner had the pickle ranch sandwich special that didn't appear to have any pickles. Food preparer had long dirty hair and no hair net making a mediocre meal even less appealing. This place is not the jewel it used to be.

I absolutely love my experiences here. I have To be honest, I came here to order a big salad, but I was so impressed by the look of the soup and the sandwiches that I had that instead. A great turkey bacon Panini sandwich and a special chicken soup! I am so happy I stumbled upon this place, and look forward to the salads in the future which you look like a very generous amount that I saw them serve customers for $13!

If you are vegetarian consistently don't go here.... You're stomach is not going to be having a good time with cross containmention. Plus, the only vegatarian protein I saw was cheese. There isn't even a nonmeat salad on the menu..... Likes its a salad place how hard is that lol. Now excuse me my stomach feels like it's dying.
BEST PLACE EVER!!! No really I Love this Place and you will too! So many options and toppings for your salad to build on. The portion sizes are worth every single penny And all The soups are just so yummy..especially the creamy poblano😋 I look forward to going every time we are in Reno. I’m happy they have a saladworks app that you can earn points to receive free salads and more. I will never as long as they are around, go anywhere else for my salads!

Honestly not worth the money at all. Over priced salad the meat was not good I had hair in my food. They don't have many choices at all to add in your salad and the girl we got was really snobby making our salads. Go next door to chipotle they have better food for the price.

Customer service was kinda rude she got upset that I wanted to add stuff to my salad food wasn't very fresh portion size was mostly old lettuce soup tasted old , and frozen like they'd just thawed in the microwave the only thing I can say is good about this place is it's clean but chop stop is ten million times better very expensive too for old food i won't be bk
