We loved scooters in sparks and just happened to notice this one in Reno on kietzke lane after morning Dr. Appointments I was starving ! I used to work for Juicys Giant hamburger and we made similar burgers ! Reno best! We recieved our burgers very quickly after ordering i had the Ortega burger my husband ordered the pastrami burger. My burger was tasteless do you season the meat at all? The pastrami was piled high... in the center of the burger the onion chopped and to one side of sandwich my husband who loves pastrami peeled his off of his burger .. if the burgers weren't a huge turn off the people who followed behind us were. This girl stood right at the pick up counter and hit her vape pen several times, gross! 24 dollars on a wasted lunch outrageous. How about some no smoking no vaping signs ? So disappointing!
5/5 for me. Came here got a burger with onion rings and food was out in less than ten minutes. Burger was Soo good and onion rings were really crunchy and tasty. I found my new burger spot 🙂 🍔

Prices exploded. Also lots of tiny upsells are now being aggressively pushed.

Absurdly priced. 16 bucks for a shake and frozen fries with nacho cheese.

I come here for their shakes. Amazing flavor and thickness. The service is amazing and always helpful when I want to try something new. Never a ton of changes in the environment but the food and service make up for it!

Gas station burgers are better! Lines were long and took forever. A lady came out to help the line with a tablet but she only took one man’s order ranting the middle of the line, went back in and brought him his food before everyone in front of him hmmmm… never coming back.
The milkshake's are good but expensive.

I was a really big fan of scoopers but they’ve put some really terrible, unhygienic and rude staff on lately.

The service was excellent and prompt. However, the food did not seem to justify the cost. I ordered a BBQ grilled chicken sandwich and suspected the chicken was not freshly prepared. The meal, which included a small portion of fries and a small milkshake, totaled over twenty dollars. The milkshake was the only aspect that truly stood out.

The past three times I have come here I give them my phone number to sign up for the club where you make money and each time they tell me they can't find my name or phone number and so I have them add it again for the fourth time. Then they also say every time that they just got a new system and that next time I come in an order I'll get the 10% off which is a perpetual cycle of nothing happening every time.
There was a man who had purchased a meal he had a lot of bags with him he looked to be homeless he was yelling at what seemed to be the manager or owner and at first I was like oh boy here we go again another homeless person in Reno yelling about something cuz it's so common in this town but I started to listen to what he was saying and he was mad because he didn't get his 10% off and how much the food was and he was not happy about the exact same thing I was not happy about. That was a learning lesson for me to not judge people and also realize they're screwing everybody over with their non-existent 10% off point system. Now I know for sure that they're just lying about it. For a burger and a shake it was $20. Listen I understand it's a small business and it's rough for small businesses but this is their second location and if they can't afford to keep the establishment open they should have just stopped at the one and not raise the prices to be so incredibly high then they have more customers and they'd be able to actually give people the 10% off I guarantee that they just can't afford to get people 10% off so they just lie to everybody I don't know how they pulled that off with repeat customers or maybe they just don't have very many repeat customers to this location. Very disappointed with that call discount lie and the food quality has gone down over the years I remember the taste of the burgers when I was really little all the way up till now and they are very different patties and that's unfortunate because they don't taste as good. It's unfortunate that the prices went up and the quality of the meat went down because I have loved this place so much since I was tiny. I guess nothing lasts forever except the memories of what once was an amazing place with quality food.

The fries were extremely salty and I do mean high blood pressure salty and they were not crispy, they were salty and soft and saggy..
The chicken is not real chicken meat strips. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone and I will not be returning at all ever again if I could rate them a zero I would’ve given them zero stars the food was disgusting. I don’t know what the milkshakes taste like or the ice cream but because of the meal that I ordered, I don’t even want to find out.
