I enjoyed my experience at Shenanigan's. The waitress was very nice and the food was excellent. It came out hot and fast. It was a great portion as well. I would say go to this place not only as a bar but for a restaurant that has a full bar.

Place is small but what a great time. Very clean and inviting. Food is always amazing and the staff is always friendly! Drinks are very good and they have an amazing selection of beers on tap. They have a nitrous taps too ?? Check out their Happy Hour. One of the best spots in town, for a laid back feel, with resonable prices. 4 stars because their chairs aren't made for all sizes and a bit rickety.

I stopped in while my car was a shop across the street and I was pleasantly surprised. Wide beverage selection and the happy hour food looked great. Very nice staff.

Been going here for a long time. Good local place. Lots of beer choices and good bar food. Awesome service.

Good food -- fish & chips -- but slow service & preference is definitely given to regulars -- or so I figured when waitress called them by name. That's how my first visit went, but the food was good enough to give it another try. Same, but this time there was no apology for 40 min. wait for dinner. So, no chance I'll become a regular.

Good selection of beer. Small, quaint bar. Good salads. The ranch and Cesar are house made and really good. I would suggest the crispy chicken on the salad!

Best Cesar salad in town. I recommend the blackened chicken. Aslo they have really good wings. Cooked to the Bone. I recommend the sweet and hot, as well as, the cajun dry rub

When I picked my husband up from a recent late night flight, we both had Shenanigan's on our minds. The pub, that is! It is conveniently located between the airport and where we live and is open late, so it fit the bill. We have been to Shenanigan's several times under similar circumstances and each time we say we need to come here more often. We have always felt very welcomed from the minute we walk in the door, the service is great, the food is very good and reasonably priced, and they have our favorite beer- Deschutes Fresh Squeezed IPA! We have been to several English/Irish pubs across the pond over the years and this one makes us long to travel again. We are lucky to have this little gem of a pub here in Reno.

The beef quesadillas are fantastic!! I go out of my way to get there by Paratransit Bus just for these! I have heard from other cstmrs that the chicken wings are great too. I'm from Buffalo, so I would have to try them myself to do a review.

I've been to Shenanigans twice now (traveling thru Reno for gymnastics events. First time was just because I liked the name and wanted to take pictures of the signs outside the restaurant. Second time was because the food and service were SO amazing the first time, so I had to come back. Of course the drinks were good and a great variety of beers on tap too. Burgers are amazing. Breakfast items are tasty. I had "Chef special" off the menu and a SPICY rolled up chicken taquito with a mole sauce came out that still gives me mouthwatering aftershocks. Great stuff. Oh, yeah. Good coffee too.

Love this spot! Best fish and chips, fun bartenders. If you like English pubs, you'll love this place. They have a great selection of beers both on tap and bottled, and even have nitro beers on tap now.

Surprising find hidden away in a strip mall. Small and friendly, just a bar and a half-dozen high-tops. I had a burger that was really great and my companion had dry-rub chicken wings that he said were outstanding. Service is friendly and quick, and liquor prices are excellent. Worth a try.

Ordered a burger, fries, and cup of chili. Both the fries and chili were served cold. The burger was VERY rare, but I ate it anyway as lunch was 7 hours ago. I was served and paid for a 2nd drink I did not order and did not want. I think this was my one and only visit.

So I found this place because it was the closest one to work and I wanted to watch the Golden Knights game. I called ahead and the bartender was more than accommodating to put it on for me. I love the English ambience and the dark lighting. I ordered the wings which were the best in town! And I should know I order wings everywhere I go. But not only that the service was amazing and I literally felt like I was in Cheers .. I guess you can't be a bar that's name shenanigans and these guys did not disappoint! My new favorite bar in Reno!

Irish pub in Reno. I always start with the an Irish beer and Scotch Eggs and a perfectly poured Black and Tan. On this trip I had the Corned Beef on St. Patty's Day. It reminded me of being home. Corned beef with red skinned taters and carrots plus we ordered Scottish eggs. My wife ordered a mixed drink and while I had Guinness and Jameson, all was priced evenly and fair. Dependable Irish staples in a great pub environment. I would highly recommend Shenanigans again and again. Don't forget to get the Scotch Eggs! Julie is the manager and was our server and makes for the best experience in Reno you can ask for in a Irish manner, thank you! Show less

If you're looking for a drunk waitress to take your order, forget to put it in and ask after 20 min who took your food order, and insult you for being a celiac and I quote "gosh can you be any more of a trouble maker?", this is the place for you. What a terrible experience. We will not be going back to this place.

Love this place! The staff make you feel like family and the food is great. The pub feel is real here.

A good ol pub w lots of beer on tap. I'm not sure the mugs are more than 16 oz bc I ordered an 18 oz bottle poured into their mug and there was still beer left in the bottle. Just FYI. Nice place w late night bar food, not especially English, no bangers and mash and meat pies just fish and American chips

Normally like the food. the reason we went, but was really disappointed tonight. I went there for the Monte Cristo. It was made very weird. Not deep fried. Each piece of bread was made like french toast and all the meats were grilled individually. Then put together. Was so excited to go get my Monte Cristo, but won't go back for another. Boyfriend had the fish and chips. He said it was just ok. The coleslaw was horrible. We both tried that.

Great spot I found in Reno there on biz. Friendly and attentive bartenders and good sandwiches too. I had the monte Christo which was good but not traditionally prepared. Prices were great and I will be back

Came for the Fishand Chips, but figured I would try the $5 happy hour half order of nachos. That was all she wrote it was a delicious large serving of fresh ingredients and I was stuffed. Service was fast and friendly and the atmosphere and lightning have a classic English pub feel. Stop on by you won't be disappointed.

This was one of my favorite bars to go to until I had Misty give me one of the worst customer service experience of my life. I will only go back if she is not bartending and if she were to bartend elsewhere I would not step inside for one second. She has one of the worst attitudes towards customers that I have ever encountered in a bartender and that includes all of the bars in Reno, NV. Please be aware of her attitude. I am so thankful for our server at our table because she made up for her actions by comping me a drink. I will come back solely because of our server. Our server was on break and while on her break, I simply went up to the bar and asked for a drink from Misty, she shouted at me that I should send a request for a drink through our server out of respect to our server, mind you that our server was on break. I wish I didn't have to make this review but as you can see it needed to be said about her actions. I only wish for Misty to find peace within her so that she can please others if her employment involves customer service.

Met a friend here on a football playoff Sunday afternoon. We just came for the whiskey and wings but the atmosphere of this place provided more. The BIG reason I'll come back is their whiskey prices are excellent, in fact, hard to beat. No complaints at all about the wings. Service was faster and friendlier than I expected it to be. I'm now motivated to return and try more of their menu. Winner

Great beer menu with way above average food! Price/value is very good $4.50 Happy Hour Nachos are a cant miss!

Good beers on tap and really friendly service. I ate here while waiting for my buddy to fly in. I had the fish and chips. It was delicious. I'd highly reccomend this place.
