i have lived near Silver Chops for years and never ate there until recently. It was excellent. The best pan fried potstickers in Reno. If you enjoy chow fun order the house special chow fun. The flavors and texture of this dish was perfect.

The atmosphere, polite and professional staff made this a great dining experience.

I order food to go I had fried duck and seafood and vegetables duck was so fried I couldn't even eat it and in the seafood very little Seafood they definitely need to change their cook I never had a garbage food in my entire life

Service is outstanding, food is great and the atmosphere is decent. They have lunch specials that are reasonably priced and great food quality. Definitely try this restaurant.

I have been going here since e covid when I was searching for food. It was great until this last visit, I asked my wife if the restaurant was sold recently, that is how bad I was disappointed. I don't know if that was the case but if not please bring back the same crew as 2 maybe 3 oaths back cause I am not a great cook and I could've made way better shrimp fried rice. The pot stickers were not fully cooked and the egg rolls were small cheap and softly un done.🤮

The food was slightly pricey for buffet quality. The sweet and sour pork was soggy and bland. The general chicken was okay, but also slightly bland. The hot and sour soup was okay, but needed flavor. Great service, it just didn't make up for the food quality.

mom used to be not into vietnamese food until my step dad started taking her here to break her out of her weird shell. after he died and i moved to reno to be near her, she started taking me here, and as the years went on, and i am all by myself now in reno, i still come here monthly for sit-down, and get take out probably once a week. it helps that the food here is the best Chinese and Vietnamese in Reno. I have a lot of experience eating at all sorts of Chinese restaurants over the years, and this place ranks in the top 2 of all time. great friendly service and employees, and the food is the best i have tasted in years. I especially love the ginger beef with scallions, and the orange (peel) chicken. Don't go to Panda Express, go here. Someone i was with forced me to go to Panda the other day as they said it was cheaper, and after we both had stomach problems for hours afterwards, he agreed that food cooked at a real restaurant like Chopsticks is infinitely better than the crap they serve at a cafeteria like Panda. Plus the prices at Silver Chopsticks is ever bit as competitive. 2 people can eat for less than $35-40.

Very disappointed with this place we always came to eat dinner, and tonight we order a west beef soup, very plain we want it to change for another soup, because we didn't like the soup was very plain and flat, but the manager said not, that's why I am given 1 star to this place.

We went out for dinner at this restaurant yesterday on a friend’s recommendation, and it did not disappoint. The place was clean and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a kind and friendly lady who made us feel right at home. The food was excellent—flavorful, well-prepared, and reasonably priced. Overall, a great dining experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!
