Service was decent but the coffee and sausage breakfast sandwich were awful! The sandwich tasted like soggy air and the coffee was just disgusting. Sandwich was way overpriced. They do offer 0.70 refills but I couldn’t even get the first one down.Starbucks is just down the escalator where sandwiches & coffee are cheaper and so much better.

Perfect place to get some coffee and some late night munchies without breaking the bank. We tried a few of their dessert items and were pleased with everything we got. Open late and just a short walk from the hotel we were staying in. Go check them out!

Sent my boyfriend down to get me coffee and the lady working the counter was extremely rude. The coffee is terrible.. maybe if she hadn't been rude she would have listened to what he was saying.

Came here to see Anjelah Johnson and had such a great time. I don't gamble and I loved how this hotel had an arcade. I had so much fun at the arcade. Great games to play. So many restaurants to eat at. The check in and check out process was so quick and easy. I would stay here again for sure!

My wife and I drove up from the Bay Area to watch a show . The show was fantastic however the facility was less than desirable. Won't do another event here. Felt like I was in a cancer can. Imagine a cigarette butt hotel. The last casino I stayed in was the cosmopolitan in Vegas as my point of comparison. Drinks were poor for the price and food was expensive for the quality. Paying the price without the quality.

While passing through Reno, this is the place I like to stay. Mostly for the historical old wild west feeling and the rooms tend to be clean and the service is good. Also, the café is nice however the resort fee always at least doubles the advertised price. It's irritating. Why don't they just put up from what the room actually costs?

We were here a couple of weeks ago for a wedding, and the bride and groom (my brother), and our family were all staying at this hotel. Check-in was nothing short of a dumpster fire for the first 40 minutes, until the manager came out/got involved. Make sure when you make a reservation, you put names on the room of whomever is with you - there was massive confusion around me not having the same name as my husband (we both have the same address, as printed on my license), but that wasn't enough. We had to cxl and rebook under my name, add his name, and the next day at breakfast there was still confusion/he wasn't able to charge something to the room. It's 2023. Not everyone has the same last name. Figure. It. Out. Our room was ok, and will note that everything was clean. However, I feel this hotel overall needs a major refresh. Some paint, carpets etc. - a lot of the restaurants have gone out that were here. The casino itself has a lot of games and slot machines, as well as a couple of great bars. I also like that this hotel is part of the row shuttle from the airport, which is free, and comes every half hour. All of that said - stay somewhere else, come and gamble/drink/hang out here, and go back to your hotel.

They don't open on time. The girl strolls in 10 minutes after opening hours and thinks it's our problem she has no drive. Youngsters these days have this sense of entitlement.

I love coming here it's always a treat! Shoutout to the gal working around noon or so. She was so friendly! I always look forward to getting the caramel frappe when I'm in town! Such a cute place.

I tried Sips twice. The first time, I got a peach smoothie with protein. It was delicious and filling. I would happily get a smoothie there again. The other time, I got one of their chocolate brownies, which was topped and filled with chocolate chips. It was huge but so very flavorful!

Let's sit back, sip on that favorite beverage and bask in the glory of hope and a break from life. Your on vacation! Yay!! Welcome to paradise! Do you feel the happy? Your on vacation, but you still need certain things to keep life moving forward. For me it's coffee first, then where's the Red Bull! Luckily, it's here in the fridge of the lobby of the hotel that your staying at. This little cafe is amazing, with all smiles as you walk up. It's located right next to check in for the Silver Legacy Hotel. They make shopping easy and breezy. Whatever food, drink, snack, and even meals they stock it here. Then not to mention they have dessert too. Coffee awaits because it's morning time, one cannot function without it. As you step off the elevator take the path to your latte, cappuccino, or cup of tea. Your caffeine awaits. Now that your waking up it's time to begin. You can stop in here later for dinner before going to the room too. They stock tasty sandwiches and salads with all the fixings. Then, the dessert. Behind the glass they stock a lovely array of joys. Are you a chocolate fan, macaroons, coconut crème pies and cakes. What's your dessert mood? You choose! It's not your average sandwich or salad here either. That sandwich, that comes from a "gas station, where you are unhappy with because it made you sick." The sandwiches here are delicious and edible. The salads are not wilted or have brown vibes. The Cobb salad one can share or have it for lunch and then dinner. They have dressing too, just make sure and ask for this since it's behind the counter. Breathe in deep, the staff behind the counter is all smiles. They are more than happy to offer a suggestion for what's good and what's even better. The store is so open and inviting with ambient lighting and large cases to showcase all their goods. Pick and choose, you cannot go wrong. The prices are what you would expect, but their are hardly any waiting times. Sometimes after that long day of play; who wants to wait in line for a table or your wait for that to go order. It's grab and go here. Right, let's get on to relaxing after that long day of fun. It's a new day of joy to be had, the suns shining outside. Grab what you need to start the day off. Latte in hand, perhaps Red Bull; and don't forget the water to stay hydrated. Happy is what's going on in here. All smiles are always welcoming especially early in your day. The food is always fresh and ready to grab and go. Have some dessert. Those carbs we are not counting today. In and out now let's go all ready to face the fun you have planned throughout the day.
