The Italian wedding soup is worse than Progresso from a can. Their shrimp scampi had no flavor. The kids' pizza was undercooked. The staff is dishonest and took a brand new pair of little girls sunglasses, still had to tag on them, off on the table after we had left. We called within minutes of leaving the restaurant and they told us they did not see them. When we went back to look they told us the busser who cleaned our table had left 35 minutes ago. In my opinion they are dishonest and don't care about their customers. The sub par food says it all. Will never be back.

The food is SO good! I love coming here. My chicken Piccata was unbelievable! Amazing flavor in every bite. The Cajun pasta is delicious too. I've yet to have a bad meal here.

This place honestly sucks. The food is extremely overpriced for what it is. My daughter ordered a pizza (small) for over $20 and it was super gross. Frozen pizza from digorno is way better. I had the Cajun chicken pasta. Veggies weren’t sautéed and they just cut up mushrooms, red onions & bell peppers and threw it in. Lacked flavor overall. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone unless you like spending a ton of money for crap quality.

This place is located in the very convenient Summit Mall area.
My own complaint is the ambiance. Lighting is quite dark and the tables and furniture are both dated. I look forward to returning.

My husband and I decided to try out this restaurant for a late lunch.We heard good things about the establishment from friends We were seated promptly since it was not busy. Unfortunately, 10-15 mins after being seated we go up from our table, without being greeted by a server/waiter(tress) who passed our table at least 5 times. Upon walking out, we explained what happened and received an apology. We were asked us to come back in again. We accepted their apology however refused to return. Despite the lack of management and able employed bodies to help out, let’s just say first impression matters We were told us the manager was not in to help out. Again, able bodies walking/standing around. Not having the manager present is not an excuse for the team to handle and execute service properly. This was on a beautiful Saturday afternoon with lots of people and groups on the premises.

I had the seafood risotto. It had shrimp, salmon, mushrooms and asparagus. It was the best Seafood risotto I have had in Reno . My friend had Eggplant Parmesan and said it was delicious.

I’ve been going to Skips since the OG location in Clayton Ca, then Antioch all through high school years because all my friends worked there. So when we moved to Reno, we were so happy to see we had a Skips right down the street, just like back home. But the last couple times we got pizza from there, it honestly would have been better just buying a frozen pizza from the store. Over 30 bucks for a medium pizza that hardly had any sauce , and was so dry, cooked so long you could barely eat it. First pizza’s ive ever had from them that we basically just ate the middle because the crust was like a brick. Definitely only going to be enjoying skips when we visit home from now on.
