When you go to Sonic, and they tell you they have no drinks, no shakes, no ice cream but they're open this is pretty pathetic and they had no business because of it!!! Horrible! If they can't serve what they're selling they should close! This was in Reno

I get takout from here. Everytime I order in the app something is always wrong but today was the worse experience ever!!. Both patties of my burger were not even cooked!! Disgusting!!!! I'm supper disappointed. Please check your food before you eat from here please!

Honestly, I'm very disappointed in the 2 #3 combos me and my mother and I got. Both cold with wilted lettuce and a very mushy tomato slice. As well as did not follow special instructions on no lettuce on one combo. Very disappointing

Sonic has become a joke of a restaurant. The last 5 orders I have given a chance to over the last year has been wrong. I recently ordered two lemonade slushes. They put fountain lemonade in them instead of the syrup. I called the restaurant and the manager stated that I specified lemonade in the lemonade slush when that wasn't the case. She automatically assumed that is what I did. It is not hard to order a lemonade slush. Why would anyone put regular lemonade over the slush ice so it gets water down quickly? No other place does that, they use a syrup. This place is a joke and the staff does not care about service at all. 15 minutes to get slushes is ridiculous and even the manager had nothing but attitude and assumptions. I even told her about ordering a coney dog and getting a chicken sandwich and she said they probably messed it up with another ticket. Nothing but excuses and no offers of any solutions, only attitude and blaming me for ordering wrong. lol. Save your money and don't eat here with children serving your meal/drinks.

The food and service was really good, didn't have to wait long for our food!
First time trying. We tried everything on the 1.99 menu. Burgers not to bad. To much sauce made them kinda soggy by the time we ate them. Chicken wraps needed the extra sauce as they were a tad dry. Top items for us are the chili dog, tots and the shakes. The shakes are delicious!!!! Ordered on the app and pick up was easy.

This is an ok restaurant and food is alright when they get your order right. I feel other locations are better. Most of the lights are off at night even when the open sign is on, the signs and speaker look like they're falling over, and the roof has been damaged over the drive through window for a long time. Not a great vibe at this location.
Not a great choice for late night snacks due to the employees closing up early at seemingly random times. The open hours on Google maps do not match reality.
I went to the Sonic for dinner with my husband and the service was incredibly slow all of the employees seemed apathetic about their jobs we were watching one of them pick at their nails in the kitchen while we were waiting for our food. When we got our food they gave us the wrong food for some things and forgot other things. We had to correct the order and one of the things they forgot was a milkshake that they then proceeded to make badly, it was not mixed well. I understand they're being bad nights but I do DoorDash so I'm there fairly regularly and the service is consistently bad. On top of the wrong food and missing food The food they did give us was undercooked and cold.
