Mobile orders/doordash orders are terrible to pick up. Employees dont know what to do and panic so you get tossed around and yelled at for doing what someone else told you to do. Or you just get ignored. There was a young black girl that helped me, i think she eas there on her day off. She deserves a raise and others need to do as she does. She had work ethic, a sense of urgency, and manners to start. Management needs retraining, and to retrain their staff.

I came and ordered my son The wacky pack which came with 2chicken strips, a small fry and a drink. My son wanted to add 2 more chicken straps and for the drink he ordered a small chocolate chip cookie dough sonic blast.
It was a little under $13.00.
The chicken strips are literally paper thin. The food,service and cost is NOT WORTH IT.
His small fry was literally less than 20 fries. The small bag was barely half full.
I returned my order after seeing that my large fry was the same as my son's apparent small fry. When I asked for a refund I handed him my food and drink and another guy came out saying if I wanted a refund, I had to return my son's order.And I clearly stated i'm only returning mine which is why I only brought mine. This apparent manager or supervisor lacks professionalism and kindness and understanding.
Not to mention the staff looks as if they don't even enjoy their job.
