Orders a combo #5 with mozzarella sticks. Got my fries and mozzarella sticks. But no burger?? Drive thru experience is terrible. How could you forget the main thing from a COMBO??

I'm maybe the biggest Sonic fan there is but I'm done with this location. When they first opened it was awesome. the last year or so it has gone downhill so fast. Last time I went, the service was so terrible and the food so cold and gross that I filed a complaint with corporate and they sent me all kinds of deals in the app and also a gift card in the mail. After a few weeks I decided to give it one more shot since this location is close to home. I was the ONLY person there, ordered ahead in the app. Still waited over 25 minutes, food was pretty bad and not fresh (again). Such a disappointment. I have kept trying to give them more chances, I know it's hard to find workers and I understand when it's busy sometimes its hard to keep up. I've been very patient but this is getting ridiculous now. :(

I've chose not to waste my time and leave Sonic on Virginia St. in Reno Nv. a review but after the 4th horrible unacceptable experience at this establishment I'm going to take that time and leave that review. I've placed 3 orders online, I went and picked up my orders, and each time items were missing. Once, a milkshake, they did not tell me they were out of ice cream, they just gave me my order. I said "I'm missing a milkshake". She said were out of ice cream. I paid for it and they charge me for it, are out of it and just keep my money, and say nothing. Why wouldn't you tell me your out when pick up my order? Why would you still charge me? I told them that you need to refund my money if you dont have it. The manager told me to call to get a refund and to "GET OUT OF HIS DRIVETHRU"!! Wow. After not going back for several months, Today I place another order online, I pick up my food, again, I'm missing a hamburger, I tell her and she said it's not in your bag? I say no and show her the bag. She said hold on, then comes back and tells me oh, were out of hamburgers. Ok, you gave me my food, why didn't you tell me? Why did you charge me for it? I also got a strawberry shake and paid for extra strawberry in it. She gave me a vanilla shake, no strawberry at all. I paid extra for vanilla???? Do you not realize people are paying you for service/for food?! It wasnt like they made a mistake and fave me the wrong food, they just blatantly charged me for something they did not have and didnt tell me, just kept my money. Not once, but twice. UNBELIEVABLE!!

My wife went to the drive thru and ordered me a triple smasher burger with bacon, med tots and a Lg banana shake. She got a cheesy bacon super sonic stack with No onion, Lg tots, lg coke and a small m&m shake. Got the drinks and her drink was a medium and when she asked about it they told her she only ordered a medium not a large (which is BS because she always orders large soft drinks) and she just blew it off because she was in the drive thru and would get a receipt. She gives the cashier cash and then gets handed my sandwich in its box…no bag just the burger in its box which is crushed and soggy from grease, she then asks for a bag and the cashier threw an empty bag at her through the window with a huff. The rest of the food was in a different bag. She got home with the food emptied the bag and there is no receipt and the burgers were both not correct, mine was missing a whole patty and my other patties looked like they were not whole and the bacon is a half burned piece and 2 small pieces that don’t even make a half of a normal sandwich piece of bacon and the bun was soggy from grease which means it was probably sitting for awhile. My wife’s burger was missing a whole patty of meat also and had no bacon. What the F#%K I spent a lot of money on food that when I did taste it the meat was so salty and cold that I couldn’t eat it. Please don’t bother going to this Sonic unless you like disappointment and attitude from the employees.

Waited 5 minutes to order food, then it took 25 minutes for the food to arrive. The place was not busy. I asked for no pickles and ketchup on the side. The food came cold with pickles and without ketchup. There’s plenty of other food in the surrounding area, I will be going elsewhere next time.

Burgers left me hoping for more items left off of burgers. French fries looked horrible like they were the bottom of the barrel I hope that it's only this location. This was the first time I had ever tried Sonic and I am not pleased
