disgusting service and an employee of the establishment named Chris. he turned out to be very principled and unprofessional in his work. he just wasted my time. when I drove up to the drive thru, he was silent, then I drove up to the window for issuing the order, and they also ignored me. and only then I went to their door to find out what the problem was. then this Chris just started saying that they told me something, and I did not answer, although this is definitely not true. I spent more than 15 minutes waiting for all this. in the end I received nothing. the manager of this establishment at least needs to reprimand this Chris!

First time trying Sonic, and it was not very good. The fries were chewy...how and why? The burger was like chewing glue but somehow dry. The pickle slushie I found to be pretty tasty! The service was okay, not overly friendly but present. I expect more for 20 bucks on one meal at a burger joint. It's was pretty disappointing. It's not my cup of tea.

Waited for 15 minutes in total for my food and the people behind me got there food before I did and I only ordered two meals. I won't be going here again which is unfortunate because it's right by my house.

Sonic used to be great but wow was my experience today highly disappointing.
The lady taking our order kept cutting us off, and got our order wrong.
Also when did they change how slushies were made? Asked for a slushie and got a slurpee.
I'll never come back here.

These workers have some of the nastiest attitudes and no respect for their customers. Every time I come to this sonic they are always treating me like I am not supposed to be there when they are very much open and I’m literally ordering stuff that’s off the menu. I’ve ordered multiple drinks from their menu and every time they’re confused at what it was they have to come outside to look at their own menu. She told me she has to ask her manager to make me a drink that’s on the menu mind you I didn’t add anything different. I didn’t change the drink in anyway they literally just do not know their own menu or how to make drinks and they are so disrespectful when you give no attitude whatsoever.

How does a drive in resturant that specializes in drinks run out of sugar for sweet tea. That's 100% a failure on the manager in charge of ordering supplies. At least have the manager on duty go to the store and get some sugar. Make it make sense

Good god where do I start?

Food: Bland. Tasteless. Not sure how that's possible, but they did it.

Drinks: Out of shakes, ice cream, flavoring, etc. Literally just had soda available....and it was flat AND watered down

Service: It took 15 minutes waiting at the drive thru. Nobody else was at the restaurant but us. Several employees were just aimlessly walking around and yelling for no reason.

We had a disappointing experience last time we visited this location, but after about a 6 month hiatus, i figured they may have cleaned up their act. WRONG! Ordered via the app and got there at 9 and checked into the stall. All we ordered was 1 slushy and 1 lemonade. Did not receive our drinks until 9:26! 26 minutes for drinks that were ordered ahead of time is absolutely ridiculous. Will NOT be returning.

I shouldn’t have to repeat my order 3 times at the drive thru and then still get the order wrong and the staff looks so pissed off they have to correct it. Maybe hire staff who can take and deliver an order properly.

the last two times i’ve been i waited at the drive thru speaker for 15 minutes and no one answered and told me they needed a minute before taking my order. i pulled up to the window to order and they told me to go to the stalls because they were too busy. if no one was going to be working the drive thru they should of had a sign so people aren’t waiting to be disappointed. me and my homies will never be coming to this sonic ever again. poor service and rude employees
